Amazing value for money - I would highly recommend this trip to anyone considering going to Lantau Island. Michael was an amazing guide and person. He takes the extra time to give an authentic and holistic experience to the guests on the tour, always adding in little details and extra information where he could. I would also checking out more tours in Hong Kong of his company.

The tour guide, Michael,... - The tour guide, Michael, was incredible! He is well versed in Hong Kong history, culture and landmarks. He's one of those guides who won't make up an answer if he doesn't know it, he'll research it to ensure you get the right answer. That's a sign you can trust him! The day was action packed with extras that weren't promised in the itinerary (book it and find out what they were)! You go to non-tourist areas to get an authentic local experience. Additionally, the communication leading up to the day was very clear. Don't miss out on this one.

Quality Lantau and Tai-o village tour - Great tour and experience with the tour guide Stephen. Very punctual pickup and order of events. We got to Lantau island with a fast pass on the cable car, so no waiting in line. The walk through the steps and the Buddha temple was good where things were well explained. We got to see the Kwun Yum temple which was very unique in its design, and amazing views of the mountains. The local vegan lunch was filling and quite delicious. Taio village was unique and we got to walk through and actual on the water house and the village, where you can get local produce, various souvenirs and refreshments. Though this was the last stop, Stephen made sure that all the participants of the tour had necessary travel arrangements prepared and ready. Would tour again

Well worth seeing local treasures - I would 100% recommend this tour to other given that you get a good mix of the heavy tourist spots in addition to a few local traditions that you wouldn't otherwise be able to get exploring on your own. As an example you have tea at a local fishing villagers house and a local meal of the monks! Michael is a very knowledgeable guide that also gives you a good historical background in addition to answering questions about anything else you are curious about. It is definitely worth the time!

A Truly Authentic Hong Kong Experience – Highly Recommended - This tour was a refreshing escape from the usual tourist spots. We explored a tranquil Buddhist temple with no crowds, enjoyed a flavorful vegan meal inspired by monastic traditions, visited a traditional fishing village, stepped inside a real stilt house, and even saw a rare pink dolphin. The journey itself was part of the fun—we traveled by cable car, taxi, boat, and bus, making every leg of the trip exciting. I went with my 15-year-old, and she was just as engaged and fascinated throughout. Stephen, our guide, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great local tips. He even introduced us to some delicious street food we wouldn’t have found on our own. If you’re looking for a genuine, immersive experience in Hong Kong, this tour is a must-do.
