An Unforgettable Experience with Arizona Outdoor Fun: Exceptional Service and Kindness - I had an incredible experience with Arizona Outdoor Fun. The group of men working there were truly amazing. My family and I had a guided tour at 7:00 am with plans to ride two single ATVs and one UTV. However, upon arriving, we decided to switch to one UTV so we could all be together. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to make the change right away. Our tour guides, Mayton and Jesse, were fantastic. They took great care of us, making sure we stayed hydrated and even took photos of my family for us. They were incredibly sweet and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem when we got locked out of our car. With the temperature reaching 95 degrees outside, it was quite a stressful situation. However, every single person at Arizona Outdoor Fun came to our aid, doing their best to help us open the car while we waited for road assistance to arrive. Although they couldn't open the car, they allowed us to wait at the seating area for about 90 minutes. Mayton kept checking up on us and making sure we were okay. To our surprise, Mayton offered to drive us to Rock Springs Cafe so we could cool down and grab some food. Both Jesse and Mayton drove us there, showing their exceptional kindness and hospitality. After an hour, road assistance finally arrived, and Mayton even came back to the parking lot to ensure that my family and I were alright. I cannot express enough how much these men helped us during this challenging situation. Aside from the car mishap, the tour and shooting experience at Arizona Outdoor Fun were absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend visiting this place without any hesitation. The level of service and care provided by the staff, especially Mayton and Jesse, was truly exceptional.

Rough It Out; Why Not? - My boyfriend had booked an unguided UTV rental for the 2 of us this past Saturday, and it was a pleasant surprise! First off, they are incredibly accommodating because we were at least an hour and half late for our scheduled time slot at 11 am. This place is located in New River, so it's about an hour away from Phoenix. It's right next to the Rock Springs Cafe, so you can't miss it! Checking in was easy as we had already completed the waiver online, and all they really needed from us were our driver's licenses and the credit card that was used to purchase the reservation. They gave us a balaclava and googles for sun and wind protection and gathered us in a group for general instruction. Afterwards, we were pointed to our UTV and given a brief rundown on how to use it, which routes to take, and how to contact them in case of an emergency. From there, we were off! The trails were easily marked, and plenty of them had a good incline, which made it pretty fun on the UTV. There were also a good amount of spots to take photos for those who are interested. Just be sure to bring plenty of water!

Desert ride is beautiful! - We try to ride ATV or UTV in every new place we go to when we are in vacation. Thus was our first time in a desert location. The scenery was beautiful. We went early in the morning before it got too hot.

Not sure if I saw it all but it was super fun! - I really liked that we did the self guided. The only thing I wish was different is the trail marked with the yellow orange stakes so I knew where I was. All the turns you get confused on which one your on. But it was easy to find our way out. No issue with that
