Awesome experience - I would highly recommend taking this tour. Beautiful site. Our tour guide Jamie was phenomenal. He was so insightful, super kind and friendly. He provided us with a turtle shell and alligator head. Amazing for photos. Even getting to see a photo book of all celebrities who came to the site. Definitely worth your money and a nice friendly family environment.

Worth every penny - Saw alligators, birds, eagles nest, and turtles. The experience was fun and informative. The boat was roomy with snacks and drinks as well as a bathroom. Our tour guide Jason was very knowledgeable and open to questions. He showed us all around the bayou and explained every inch of the place. He named the types of trees, types of birds and he was able to spot the alligators with ease. While waiting on the boat there were some bumble bees that were probably more scary than the alligators but as soon as the boat started to move, they went away. A fun experience and would recommend this to anyone that wants to see alligators and other wild life, as well as the beauty of the preserve.

A Great Experience! - We were actually family, all adults but that wasn’t a selection. We were in town for our daughter’s graduate school graduation and my mother really wanted to do one of these. Based on the reviews I chose this one. I chose wisely. We went on the morning tour because it is already quite warm in May in New Orleans. Another good choice. Our captain/guide was excellent! He was informed and funny! We saw lots of alligators and other wildlife. We had a great time as a family on this tour.

Absolute Must! - There are a lot of tours offered in and around New Orleans and many different swamp tours. But this is the best one. These people know the Bayou and the animals and treat both with respect. If you want to see gators do tricks for marshmallows, this is not the tour for you. They are located in a nature preserve. We went here during a major storm, which they referred to as a drizzle. I can't imagine a better time to go. My three sons said it was the highlight of our trip and we did ALOT of fun stuff.

Day trip in the bayou - This was a fun, relaxing swamp tour on a covered boat. Lots of gators of varying sizes, local birds, and beautiful scenery. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had just the right amount of humor.
