Highly recommended with one exception! - Wonderful all around EXCEPT the organist on top was painful, too long, too unpleasant. Food was very good, all well planned out for such a large group.

Worth a trip - The band were entertaining and talented. Could not hear the information being said over the tannoy, the bar was well stocked but the queue initially was excessive but was dealt with quickly

For the most part I... - For the most part I enjoyed the dinner and band, but all the kids aboard walking back and forth up and down the stairs kind of distracted our outing. I guess it's not Date Night activity. But I enjoyed the Steamboat

Bit disappointed - Definitely not what I expected. No jazz other than the music playing on the sound system in the background. The food was not worth spending 410$ on.

First off I'm a boat... - First off I'm a boat captain. I was not impressed we left out below GNO bridge went down to Chalmette slip toped around and came back I thought we would have went down river a little further the guide should have been a little more knowledgeable about the river for the average person the tour would be fine for them .working in the Martine industry as long as I have it takes a lot to impress me other than that it was great

Not worth it, huge waste of money!!! - To start, the food options at dinner are extremely lackluster. We had the 6pm seating option, and got first dibs on food that tasted like it was from a can or cheaply and quickly made. If that is traditional New Orleans fare it leaves a ton to be desired. The dining room is kept at uncomfortably freezing temperatures, and if you’re lucky like us, you’ll sit under the vent that drips condensation on you while you eat. After dinner, we sat outside to take in the views, which is just industrial plants and military barracks along the Mississippi. There’s no views of a skyline until you turn back, and even those are from such a distance that the description of the tour is deceiving. Finally, you’ll know people feel the same as you when the line to exit starts forming well before the boat even docks. Would not recommend as a beginning, middle or end excursion for your trip - save your money!

Quite Dissapointed!!! - Fog was quite thick that evening; to the point where we questioned how the boat could navigate on the river. Instead of advising us of possibility that cruise would be cancelled, they let everyone on board, sold us food and liquor, then broke the news. Then said that we were welcome to stay on board for the evening but the boat wouldn't be leaving the dock. Quite sly and strategic...probably not the first time they pulled this one off. However, we were very forturnate to have booked through Viator Tours. One phone call and we were reimbursed immediately. I can't say enough for the service at Viator Tours. We make it a point of booking all our tours through Viator. As for Natchez...clearly a money grab.
