Nice outing - It was very nice. It was hot standing outside in the line.it would be nice if they had more fans for the guests going through the line.

Sit Back And Enjoy - Definitely a must experience on the Mississippi River. The food is good, the sail is pleasant, the staff are awesome, and the knowledge received on New Orleans is sufficient.

Jazzy Brunch - Very glad we opted in to the brunch. It got us a dining table in the air conditioned interior for the duration of the trip. You could zip in and out for pictures whenever you wanted. Food was delicious although don't expect light options - more like traditional calorie-heavy southern cooking.

- Firstly, this is not signposted very well. We found a queue and thought that it must be the right place (which it was). While interesting, the food was very underwhelming, the airconditioning was struggling, a toilet was fully blocked and it became boring fairly quickly. We wouldn't recommend this.

Bucket list item completed. Just not the way we anticipated. - We planned the Brunch Cruise as the culmination of our stay in New Orleans. Unfortunately, the ship had mechanical issues. We were notified the evening before that the steamboat would not be cruising the Mississippi and we would be refunded the cruise portion of the event. Both the notification and refund were appreciated. The brunch was good. The staff was professional and friendly. We were a bit disappointed with the jazz band. When they played, they were good. Seemed like they played for about 10 minutes then went on a 30 minute break. Since the boat was docked most people left when they finished having their brunch. Our bucket list item to be on the Mississippi,on a steamboat, listening to jazz while having brunch was completed. Just not in the manner we envisioned. If we come back, we would give it another try.

0/5 Boring Bland Brunch Bust - The food was very mid, ranging from good tasting gravy with hockey puck biscuits to gumbo that tasted like it was from the morning boat and they reused it for the afternoon boat. Instead of listening to Jazz most of the cruise they had some bland narrator most of the time that had the same interesting tone as a dictionary. Definitely would NOT do again.

Horrible experience. - It was horrible, the staff were not knowledgeable about procedures. The boat failed to sail and know one was accommodating.
