Highlights
  • New Orleans Pharmacy Museum - We start at the LA Supreme Court building, then walk to Napoleon House. The Pharmacy Museum is our third stop, and it is the first licensed pharmacy in the United States. In just two blocks, we have true crime, a circus, and vampires!
  • Jackson Square - Movie and TV shows galore! Jackson Square is arguably the most historic area in the French Quarter. Well over a dozen film projects have worked in the area as well.
  • Voodoo Authentica - Around this area we have several more film projects, followed by the truth about Voodoo. After this, we head to a halfway stop.
  • Old Ursuline Convent Museum - The only pre-fire building left in New Orleans. Our “horror loop” begins here, as we will begin talking about witches and vampires.
  • Lalaurie Mansion - The LaLaurie Mansion is considered to be the most haunted house in New Orleans. Nicholas Cage once owned the building.
  • Starling Magickal Occult Shop - More film projects took place here. Plus, Homer Plessy Community School is across the street! This is a good chance to learn about early Civil Rights in New Orleans.
  • Madame John’s Legacy - The second oldest building in the French Quarter was featured in several film projects. It burned down during the Great Fire, but was rebuilt in 1788.
  • Boutique du Vampyre - Another big vampire stop! with incredible histories
  • Pirate’s Alley Cafe - The last stop on our tour, but it has no shortage of film projects.

Information Tour of Movies & TV Shows of NOLA - “Movie & TV Show Tour of New Orleans” Our tour was both informative & interesting. Trevor McQueen, our guide, was knowledgeable and took his time to explain each stop. The break in the middle of the tour was a much needed refresh stop. He asked what shows we were interested in, but still continued to give an overall picture of other movies & TV Shows.

Awesome way to see the French Quarter! - This was a fantastic tour. Not only was our guide knowledgeable what/where movies and shows were filmed, he gave us background of what scenes, how it was filmed, Hollywood magic, etc. it was really cool. Also got a ton of city/neighborhood history along the way. Would really recommend as a lens to see the French Quarter. Awesome!

Great Tour, Amazing Guide - We had a great time with our tour… Trevor was great, and had a vast knowledge of the film and tv locations of our favorite show… my daughters especially love locations on their favorite shows—the Originals and American Horror Stories. A definite MUST to do on your trip to New Orleans.

Best walking tour in the French Quarter. - Or your guide was absolutely great. He made the entire your very enjoyable. He was also super knowledgeable. You could tell her had a passion for movies and TV shows. And just filming in general. As long as you are comfortable with being on your feet for two hours, you will not be disappointed.

Great tour - This tour was really fun and our guide was very informative. Getting to see the city from a very different view than just the normal walking around was fun. Not only did we see the sites around town that had been in movies, but we also got a little history lesson regarding New Orleans. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.
