A wonderful tour in and around the French Quarter with a focus on Jazz - Harris was a wonderful, super interesting guide. It was so incredible to see the outside of the studio building where Little Richard recorded Tutti Frutti! And we saw Louis Armstrong's hotel room where he would always stay on his trips back to his home town. As well as Tennessee Williams' house (totally unexpected). We loved hearing how the Congo dance originated in Congo Square, now in Louis Armstrong park, and finishing up in Frenchman Street was incredibly colorful - and we would never have ended up there without Harris.

New Orleans Jazz et al - This is a must for anyone who enjoys life (never mind Jazz). At the same time as discovering the significant sites in Jazz/New Orleans this tour will join the dots between them and many contemporary issues. You will come away better informed and feeling that you have had real experience of the city. Thanks Harris it was great.

Best tour you can do in NOLA - I loved the tour! Our guide Harris Parson is incredibly knowledgeable and has great energy. It was a different experience, during the tour he would play the songs he mentioned, and at the end, you would receive all the information. It was not only a music tour, I learned a lot from the city’s history and culture, which made it more interesting. I’m definitely doing it again!

Great Friendly Jazz & Blues Learning Experience - Harris Parson was very friendly, informative and entertaining! I can't say enough good things about how Harris showed us around and explained what had happened at each location and how it all influenced the birth and growth of jazz & blues. And at the end we stopped in a local jazz joint for a drink, conversation and some great music. Thank you Harris.

Jazz Tour - It was our understanding that we would walk around New Orleans and see various jazz bars and groups. Although Harris was a lovely man, and very helpful to our questions, this was not how it went. We did hear history and learned a lot.. and eventually walked to Bourban and Frenchman Street. It was not, however,an exploration. He did advise us to go to a specific bar at the end of the tour and led us there. There was no exploration of the area of the many bars. Where he led us to was great bar though...
