Spooooktacular! - We had the best experience with Randy on this tour! He was very knowledgeable about the city and its lore and made sure to provide us with accurate but extremely interesting information about the spooks and spirits of New Orleans. He also provided personal anecdotes of his connections to some of the stories which was especially interesting, and he definitely didn’t skimp on the details! If you’re a fan of true crime or the macabre this is definitely the tour for you. Would 100% take this tour again!

Best French Quarter tour guide! - Randy made this tour very authentic and entertaining! He’s hilarious and has a real passion for the history of New Orleans and it makes for a great time on his tour. He makes it feel intimate and not like other tours in the Quarter. Would highly recommend!

I have done quite a few tours in NOLA and this was by far the greatest and the absolute highlight of our vacation this year. Randy is one the best informed tour guides as well as incredibly entertaining. Randy is a wealth of knowledge! I was blown away by how much he knew and how well he was able to convey that knowledge to the tour. He also added his personal connections to certain stories that made it all the more interesting and special. Simply put he is engaging, unique, hilarious and just simply an amazing tour guide.

Unforgettable tour and amazing guide - This was far and away the best tour I’ve ever been on. Randy was smart, unbelievably knowledgeable, and absolutely hilarious. I was amazed about how much he knew about each location in the tour, and how in depth he was able to answer my questions. Tour Company No-Showed - We never went on the tour which was prepaid because the address we were to meet at was the American Sports Saloon, which is closed temporarily and a boarded up building. We waited there for ten minutes past the meeting time and no one showed up. There weren't any signs for the Phenomenal Tour Company. We asked several people and were told that the saloon had been closed for two months; no one had ever heard of the tour company. Tried to contact the tour company using the website link listed in their confirmation email, but the link was not working. Would not use this company again.
