Cemetery Tour - Cemetery Number 1 was closed due to Covid outbreak but we toured the Number 2 instead. It was raining but the tour went as planned with only the two of us. The tour guide was great!! She was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the Cemetery history. Will definitely recommend.

As good of a tour as you can get in covid - We had a walking tour with Carlo. He was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He's a fun personality as well. We visited during covid, so unfortunately we couldn't go in the cemetery which is why I'll give it 4 stars. However, it was nice it was only the 2 of us on the tour + Carlo.

MONEY TAKEN AND TOUR LEFT - We booked an 8pm walking tour meeting in front of Monty’s on the square and called an uber to ensure we would be on time. In the Uber we called the office notifying them we were in route and to notify our tour guide. Due to New Orleans traffic we showed up to the meeting spot at 8:02. We were very confused when we walked up to Monty’s and saw no one there. Coincidentally there was another party of 7 that was left behind too! We called the office again to request the tour guide to meet with us. The office contact was very rude and told us they were unable to reach the guides. We requested a refund and they were “unable” to do that as well. DO NOT SELECT THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO REMORSE!!!! Please choose another company to do this tour with I never write reviews but this experience was THAT awful!

FALSE ADVERTISING - We got to the meet up spot and the guide tells us that the cemetery is closed so we will be walking around the outside instead. First: There is a 6 foot cement wall around the outside, you can’t even see in, so what’s the point? Second: turns out the cemetery has been closed for months bc of covid. They KNEW the cemetery was closed but still advertised going in! They never reached out about not being able to actually go inside. So wrong!

Misleading Information - We purchased this tour after reviewing the website which ensures that they were “unaffected by the coronavirus”. Once we arrived and began the tour we learned that there would be no entrance to the cemetery, instead we walked along the sidewalk outside. I understand that the cemetery closing is beyond their control, but they are intentionally misleading and defrauding people.

Fraudulent Tour - New Orleans is currently in Phase 2 of reopening from the Pandemic and a lot of my excursions I booked through Viator was cancelled... The guide didn’t disclose that cemetery was closed for tours prior to starting the tour. He walked use through apart of the town talking about the history.... once we reached the cemetery he than informed the tourist that we weren’t going in... he than shows us pictures from his phone of what we would have seen if we were there... I think this was fraudulent and money should be refunded....
