Amazing tour and delicious food - Donald was absolutely amazing. As a local, he was able to give great history of the city and food. All the dishes we tried were excellent. I highly recommend this tour. I hope you are lucky enough to have Donald as your guide.

Great time Tasting NO favorites - Raffle, our guide, was great as were the sample tastings of NO favorites. He was entertaining sharing how traditional dishes came to be and how the locals prepared them.

Unforgettable Culinary History Tour with Raffle in New Orleans - Our tour guide, Raffle, made our Culinary History Tour in New Orleans truly unforgettable. His expertise in explaining the food and the city's history was exceptional. Raffle's passion for the subject was evident, and his storytelling made the experience both educational and entertaining. We will definitely be seeking out his tour again when we return to Nawlins!

Killer chow hiding in plain sight - Think Bourbon Street is one big tourist trap? Maybe, but Donald knows where the legit etouffee, gumbo, jambalaya and red beans and rice are hiding in plain sight. Great eats.

Good start for exploring new food! - This food tour did sample some of the New Orleans greatest hits: red beans and rice, jambalaya, gumbo, ettoufee… It would have been nice to have some of the more adventurous fare: Gator bites, beignets, po’ boys… we came hungry and heard about lots of food! Our guide Donald was very knowledgeable! He gave great suggestions for French Quarter food! Each stop was way too long. Twenty ish minutes to sip water and have a sample.

Lacking in variety, poor value for the Money - The tour guide Don was very knowledgeable about the food and the area. His information was great. I rate this only 3 stars because the samples were very small and very few. Also they only give you water to drink. For the money we spent, I wished we could have sampled more food and at least gotten to drink some tea or something instead of just plain water.
