Delicious Family Experience! - Great class with Chef Austin! We had a vegetarian in our group and really appreciated that veg options were super tasty as well. We were definitely full after and felt like we learned the Cajun/Creole basics. Can't wait to make the recipes at home. Highly recommend!

A lesson and a meal and a show! - Fascinating to watch classic New Orleans dishes prepared right in front of us in real time by an experienced professional chef, with the chef describing the whole process step by step and sending us home with the recipes to try at home. We made a full and delicious meal out of generous portions of each of the four items that had been prepared, along with complimentary beverages. Chef Austin was absolutely terrific, sharing lots of stories, insights, jokes, and answering all of our questions along the way. He kept us entertained and very well fed as we learned. This class is an amazing value for the price. Highly recommended!

Perfect pairing of Cajun/Creole food and Louisiana history! - Very good cooking demonstration with a lot of detail. The history of Louisiana and the Cajun and Creole styles of cooking was quite fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious. It was also nice to be able to have some local beer. We really learned a lot about the Louisiana culture surrounding the food and the people. I would highly recommend the class to anyone who is interested in learning more about the food and the people.
