Must do brunch - The hands on brunch class was a highlight of our girls trip to New Orleans. Austin and Jae’lyn were the best instructors, chefs, and sous chefs. They were both very personable and easy to learn from, sharing cooking techniques, NOLA history, and their own family stories. We made shrimp and grits, gumbo, and bananas foster crepes. Drinks were flowing the whole time. We all left full and happy! I’d definitely do this experience again.

New Orleans Cooking Class - Excellent Chef. Knowledgeable, friendly and answered questions. Food after the class was excellent and we could go back for seconds. Served with beer, iced tea and/or lemonade.

Amazing Class with friends - My girls and I booked this activity for a bachelorette party. We had a great time learning about the culinary culture of New Orleans. Chef Cindy had warm hospitality and great energy while teaching us grillades, bisque and banana fosters, which she flambéed and added voodoo spice at the end! As tourists, chef Cindy provided us with alternative ingredients we can use that are not easily accessible at home. Overall, we would return for another class.

Highlight of our Trip! - The Hands on Cooking experience was hands down, the highlight of our trip to the Big Easy! I can see why it is praised as a must experience when you visit New Orleans. The location is right in the French Quarter, with options for cooking demonstration or the hands on cooking. Worth every penny to do the hands on, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The knowledge we learned about creole and cajun history and cooking was fascinating as we drank bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's! Definitely come hungry because 3 courses of delicious food is ate!!! Chef Cindy was AMAZING!! We made Chicken and Andoulli Sausage Gumbo, BBQ shrimp & grits, and bananas foster crepes. Such a fun experience!
