A must do in New Orleans! - This is a must do in New Orleans if you like to cook at all. Very informative and answered any and all questions throughout. Our chef was fun and shared a lot of great history about where the recipes came from along with ways to help you in the kitchen when making each dish. The portions were generous for sampling and we were offered seconds if you wanted. The gumbo was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go home and try to make it myself! Overall, such a great experience and fun activity!

Fantastic interactive lunch! - We can’t recommend this cooking demonstration enough! It was a fantastic way to spend a hot afternoon and a great opportunity to learn about southern cuisine. Tasheena a.k.a. “Chef T.” was an engaging presenter, a talented chef, and wonderful hostess. She cooked us up a great meal while thoroughly explaining the process step-by-step. She also gave a detailed history of the city of New Orleans and explained the difference between Cajun and creole. This was a lot of fun and would highly recommend it to foodies who are interested to learn about southern cooking! Would definitely take it again to try a different menu.
