Cooking Demonstration and Comedy Show! - It was a cooking demonstration and comedy show all in one. Harriett was a hoot and I am looking forward to using her cookbook that I purchased. She kept us entertained the entire time and laughing most of the demonstration. Food was so good and I love that they give you the recipes.

Organized, informative, fun, delicious! - Our demonstrator, Chef Pat, was entertaining and knowledgeable about the food she was preparing as well as the historical and cultural influences on New Orleans cuisine. We had a great time listening to her "lecture" and watching her at work. The food was delicious, and we sat with some other attendees who were quite friendly.
