Best Cooking Class! - Chef[s] Tom & Martha were our culinary guides into the historic evolution of Cajun cuisine. We were sat down around a large table, introduced ourselves to our group, and Tom proceeded to explain the ingredients, blends of spices, the chemistry of gastronomy, and how these all come together within the context of New Orleans to culminate into the dishes we were to prepare. Coupled with a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar, we could not have had a better time creating these rich, soul-comforting meals. This was an incredible experience that we cannot wait to do again.

Amazing Experience | Do Not Miss the Opportunity! - Highly recommend. One of the best cooking class experiences we have had in all of our travels around the world. Vivian and Devlin were awesome instructors, coaches, and hosts. Would return again the next time we are in New Orleans. Do not miss this opportunity to not only learn the techniques, history, and ingredients needed, and to have a great time while learning. Thank you Vivian for being one of the best parts of our visit to New Orleans!

Best Experience in New Orleans-DO IT! - We visited New Orleans for the first time for 4 days and had a wonderful time in this most unique city. The highlight of the week, despite all of the many amazing other things we did, was take a hands-on cooking class at the NO School of Cooking. What an absolutely unique, fun and educational experience it was! My family and I along with 7 other people had a fun filled evening learning about the history of the legendary NO cuisine all while experiencing how to cook it all. We were guided in every step but did all of the cooking ourselves. My 18 year old loved it too. The chef was funny, knowledgeable, engaging and a seasoned NO chef that grew up right in the French Quarter. We made chicken and andouille gumbo, shrimp and andouille jambalaya and bananas foster. I highly, highly recommend this unique experience for anyone. You will be so happy you did it.

Delicious and Fun Dinner - Great instruction and entertainment from Ricardo. Preparation of 3 dishes at one time by my husband and I was fun but a little stressful. Bottomless wine and beer aided with the stress and added to the fun. Dinner turned out delicious! And the Bananas Foster al a mode at the end was wonderful!

Delicious, Educational and Fun!! - This was a highlight experience for us while in New Orleans! We would definitely recommend the hands-on class over the demonstration class...so much better learning! We had Rene as our chef and instructor and he was fabulous. We had 10 people in the class (all couples) and worked at 5 stations. We made a chicken and andouille gumbo, BBQ shrimp with cheesy grits and Bananas Foster. Having all the materials prepped and ready for us was great. Rene was able to talk about the history of the dishes and the area, as well as help all of us create our delicious dishes! We would highly recommend this experience!!
