- French Quarter - Your tour begins when you pass through the French Quarter and travel past the mansions along Esplanade Avenue on your way to a stop in City Park where you can visit the Morning Call Cafe’ for coffee and beignets, or view the Besthoff Sculpture Garden.
- Lower 9th Ward - In addition, you will see the Ninth Ward, a neighborhood devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
- Garden District - View the Garden District with it’s vast mansions that line pristine boulevards.
- Warehouse District - Drive through the Warehouse District, Faubourg Treme- one of the oldest African American neighborhoods in the country dating back to the 1700’s, pass through the area formerly known as the American Sector, Home of the internationally acclaimed World War II Museum, and the Contemporary Arts Center, which is one of the country’s first art institutions.
- Lake Lawn Metairie - The tour also makes a brief stop at the Metairie Cemetery, where you will see the city’s distinctive above-ground tombs. You’ll get a great introduction to the history, culture and architecture of this magnificient city.
- St. Louis Cathedral - The Saint Louis Cathedral is the oldest Cathedral in North America, founded as a Catholic Parish in 1720 along the Banks of the Mississippi River

Great Tour to Begin the Vacation - This was the perfect tour to start our New Orleans trip....we wanted a trip that would be easy so we opted for the transportation option. We were given a 30 minute pick-up window but they were an additional 15 minutes later than that....we were ready to give up but the tour bus finally showed up. Apparently they pick up all the French Quarter hotels first, and a couple of the groups were late, and the driver had to wait for them.
The tour itself was in a comfortable small bus, with a driver who knew and understood the history as he survived through Katrina.
We highly recommend this trip and tour!

Terrific Tour Guide - Gary was a great tour guide. Very interesting tour. It was a terrific way to get acclimated to the city on the first day with lots of tips and suggestions. Definitely enhanced our short visit.

The tour that turned the trip around!! - Being an older dude, I was out of place on bourbon street and didn’t have high hopes for the rest of my 3 day stay. That all turned around when I booked a city tour.
Our tour guide Gary was super knowledgeable about his beautiful hometown. I learned so much about the rich (and sometimes frustrating) history of New Orleans. Funny, flexible on stops and ready to give some insider tips, I couldn’t recommend a better guide to get to know NOLA. I spent the rest of my trip backtracking to the sites and recommends he gave. Thanks Gary !

Great guided experience. - Joseph was a knowledgeable guide who did an awesome job providing a top notch guided experience. It was nice to see so much on the area and realize the importance of each area to NO functioning and history. The resilience of the people here is astounding. I would highly recommend this tour

Tour of a lifetime! - Gary was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable answering questions about New Orleans that you not normally hear about. He was able to read the crowd, have everyone feel welcome and a warm sense of humor. We talked about the whole experience for hours afterward!
