GATORS ARE COOL - Dewey was a great guide! He was personable and super impressive how he knew the individual gators. The tour was long for the price, and getting picked up from the hotel was nice and made the morning easy. Check the weather before you go, it was nice that they rented blankets at the souvenir shop. Absolutely would do again

Driver knowledge - Fabulous experience. The knowledge of our driver Rocky was valuable, it was a cold day and we still saw crocodiles.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Small Airboat Swamp Tour with Captain Bobby - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Small Airboat Swamp Tour with Captain Bobby This was hands down our favorite tour of the entire trip. We booked the small airboat tour with Louisiana Tour Company and it exceeded expectations in every way. Captain Bobby was incredible. He was informative, funny, and clearly passionate about the swamp. He kept the whole group engaged the entire time and made the tour both educational and really fun. One of the best parts was the small group size — only 9 passengers on the boat. It made the experience feel personal and allowed us to get deeper into the swamp. We saw tons of wildlife, including multiple alligators, baby alligators, and even a bald eagle nesting. Being that close to the gators in their natural environment was unforgettable. The company also runs a very smooth operation: • Hotel pickup was easy and convenient • The driver shared great stories about New Orleans history and culture • Check-in was quick and organized • The gift shop had surprisingly reasonable prices Overall, this was an amazing experience. If you’re visiting New Orleans and want to see the swamp, book the small airboat tour and hope you get Captain Bobby. I would 100% do this exact tour again every time I come back. 🐊

What a blast! - What a fun ride! The fee was fine. The tour was the perfect amount of time as it started to rain right at the end of our tour. The swamp area is privately owned and the tour guides have their paths planned perfectly so the other tours don’t interrupt yours. The amount of folks on the boat give you plenty of room so you are comfortable. Our tour guide told us really good information about alligators, the swamp itself, the foliage, and the history of the area. He was quite known and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even brought a baby alligator that we all got to hold. So much fun!

It’s tons of fun…do it! - We had an excellent experience! It was amazing to see the wildlife, to be on the water, and our guide was great! The experience was very informative - about the ecosystem, the land, the river, the swamp, etc. This was so much fun and we would gladly do it again. No hesitation!

An ABSOLUTE must - Rocky was absolutely AWESOME!!! He is the Steve Irwin of Louisiana! Born and raised in the area, he was extremely knowledgeable of everything…from the waterways, the wildlife as well as history. Would TOTALLY recommend this experience AND plan on doing it again the next time we come to New Orleans! An ABSOLUTE must do!
