WWII Museum - The museum is layed out chronologically and offers an in-depth account of the war. The Beyond Boundaries movie narrated by Tom Hanks gave a great overview and is worth adding to the museum visit. We also enjoyed all the interactive/personal displays throughout the museum complex. Totally exceeded our expectations !

Explaining the war in the Pacific - Never clearly understood the war in the Pacific until this tour. Our guide was excellent. He made it easy to understand and the details of the war very interesting.

Great museum - Very informative! Not your normal museum, normally I don’t last half a day but went for 2 days and didn’t see all of it. Recommend to everyone.

Incredible overview - We purchased the Tom Hanks narrated movie and the additional 2 hour tour. Best way to see the museum - our tour guide kept us moving through history, but pointed out the events that impacted the strategy. We would never have put this all together by reading the exhibits on our own. Incredible job by the guide. Look forward to your improved entrance to create more intuitive flow.

The Price of Victory and Freedom - WW 11 Museum was amazing. Beyond All Boundaries was very moving. I most enjoyed building 3 - Campaigns of Courage. My dad served on a carrier in the Pacific so level 2 was meaningful to me. I had 2 uncles in the army in Africa and Europe ( one wounded, one killed) so level 1 interested me alot. The Liberation Pavilion impressed me, especially the Holocaust exhibits. I enjoyed all the buildings. It made me appreciate what my parent's generation experienced and the sacrifices they made.

So Educational and Moving!! - Highly recommended to all that visit New Orleans! Some much to learn and realize on how much you either forgot that you were taught or were not taught. Also shows a generation that made such a difference in this world and question what this generation would do if faced with the same facts??

Great museum/bad tour guide - The museum is amazing. Our guide for the tour was not. She was difficult to hear through the static on her microphone. She talked a lot about herself and rushed us through a lot of the exhibits. She would tell us to watch one of the videos but then she would tell stories about herself during the video so we couldn’t hear the audio. The guide can either make or break the experience. Unfortunately she ruined our experience. Our family was there over Memorial Day weekend to learn more about WW2 and thought the guided tour would be the best option. I think either getting a different guide or doing a self guided tour would’ve been better.
