Great staff, poor management. - We enjoyed our guide. She was knowledgeable and personable. The carriage was comfortable. However, the “manager” on shift was pretty horrible. He wasn’t overtly friendly, he seemed extremely disorganized, he waited until the very last second to inform the carriage drivers of what group number they’d have. Then he gave the horse in front of the command to leave, but still had our carriage and horse tethered to it, so we unexpectedly jolted forward. He seems arrogant and inexperienced; while also demeaning towards the drivers.

Great Carriage tour with KJ & Patsy! - My family and I really enjoyed our carriage ride through the French Quarter. KJ was very informative with his knowledge of the city and all the haunted spots. He had a wonderful sense of humor and Patsy the mule was so sweet. Thank you KJ and Patsy!!

Great tour! - Britta was amazing! We heard new stories we hadn't heard on the hop on hop off tours, it was great seeing the city at night! It was easy to understand why the city is so haunted with all the awful things that happened there!

Disappointing Tour Guide - Unfortunately our tour guide was not the best. Disappointing as the tickets were not cheap. Learned a lot about the history of New Orleans, but not necessarily much about haunting. Very rushed. Our group finish almost 20 minutes before the other groups that took off at same time as us.

The Driver Ruined the Experience - The driver was from New York-she badly mispronounced most historical names and locations. She also left out some of the more interesting details about sites such as Lafitte’s Bar and other haunted sites. (I’ve done this tour before, so I brought my coworkers). We left out at the same time as two other carriages, and we were the first ones back by a long shot. We had time to get beignets and use the restroom before our colleagues returned. Our group booked separately as we have always done in the past-the tour was always accommodating with our requests. This driver made it clear that our desire to be together was neither her job nor her problem. Not sure she put much of an effort into ANY aspect of the tour. Very disappointing-these tours are fun when done well.
