My favorite carriage ride - We had an amazing time in this tour. Our tour guide, Mike was extremely knowledgeable and took us to places we have not seen. He explained each story in detail and even told us about the care of the mules and how they spent two months in farms every year to rest.

Wonderful Experience - Our guide was amazing. Originally from Germany, she knew more about New Orleans than friends that have lived there all their lives. She was kind, funny and professional, stopping at various hot spots for stories and history. I would strongly recommend doing this if you visit the French Quarter! Rob-

Ride was okay. Some staff extremely rude. - Was okay. Driver's phone kept going off while he was narrating the tour, very distracting. Walked by the carriages later that evening, and a blonde older woman driver (named Kim or Karen) rudely yelled at my 22 yo daughter not to pet the mule. No "excuse me, please don't...". My daughter (who works with horses) has some hearing loss in one ear and didn't hear her until she started yelling. Heated words were exchanged. Plus, that poor older animal had been there since earlier in the day and looked exhausted. Never booking again.
