GREAT FAMILY EXPERIENCE - 100% recommend. This was a great experience for the family. Clean, Professional, well appointed teaching kitchen. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They discussed the history of the food, the how and whys of cajun cooking. David was the single best cooking teacher I have ever seen.

Best creole cooking class - We planned to take a cooking class last min for valentine day. Our hands on chef Preston was amazing not only he teach us very helpful skills in the kitchen but how to make the best jambalaya we’ve ever had. We learned history and how to properly cut and chop things we use in the kitchen on the regular…. Everything we cooked was delicious and we are planning to come back soon to take another class

Great food, great experience - We had a great experience with Mark making jambalaya, bread pudding and BBQ shrimp. My son got involved in the process, which is what I was hoping for and I got some great cooking tips as well. All the dishes we prepared were fantastic, but the bread pudding especially was one of the best I've ever had.

A Whisk Willing to Take - Had such a fun memorable time at this cooking class. Learned so many things from knife skills, timing, tips, tricks and just having fun and putting love into the food you make. I will most definitely be coming back on my next trip to New Orleans. This was a top highlight. Thank you for having us!
