Best decision ever! - Linda and Shawn (guide and driver) were excellent - our faves! The hop on hop off bus is the perfect way to see the city and to get around more simply!

Top tour in New Orleans - Every guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention entertaining. Mary, Colin, Christian, and each guide encountered during the two-day hop on hop off, was very helpful and even the line attendant at Jackson Square went above my expectations. Rain ponchs were handed out before rain began. Very useful for expected weather.

Great way to get around town & Walking tour - We were confused at the first stop on how it all worked. But as we were riding around we listened & figured it out. It’s a very nice way to move around town & get some education while you are doing it. One thing to note, do not stand up or move around while the bus is in motion, especially if you are on the upper level out in the open area. There are low lying branches & you will get hit in the head or face. The host speakers were awesome, very informative. We had 2 different ones & you hear something different each time. We also did the Walking Tour of the Garden District. That tour guide (Colin Tyler) was equally amazing. He had a lot of facts & information about a lot of the houses. Would definitely recommend both the HOHO & tour.

Great experience for those that have never seen the city - Seeing all parts of the city. Learning some of the history of new orleans. The mosoleums were eerie. The garden district was interesting.

Would do it again! - Busses ran on time, the tour guides did a great job. Most of all, they got us everywhere we wanted to go. Sat up top and the views were great. Would do it again!

Amazing way to totally SEE and hear about New Orleans! - Jeffery (agent) was fantastic at explaining everything about the Hop-On Hop-Off and orientating us to the route map. We bought the 2 day package which meant we weren't rushing and had lots of time in the Garden District one day, plus time for other areas the next day.

Ticket problem through aviator. - The Hop On Hop Off ride was enjoyable. However, I couldn’t retrieve my ticket to board the second day of my two day tour. It took an hour to be able to board. They said the problem was with Viator.

Don’t do it - The info given was nonexistent. Went to office to exchange for ticket. Locked up. Stop 1 had a guy wandering around. Come to find out he was the only guy. Busses were always full. Stranded us for 2 hours in garden district for a parade with no alternate route. Walking tour guy left halfway through the tour. Not out first bad Viator experience.

No bus even stopped at our stop. - It was pouring rain. We waited at stop #7, and watched 5 buses pass by without stopping. We called the customer service phone number, no answer. But a promise to leave our phone number and someone would return our call. No one ever called, all the rest of the day. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we gave up. Never could take the tour. Now I will have to haggle to get a refund.
