Garden Walking Tour - We did a walking Garden Tour with Colin. It was incredible. He was very knowledgable and had great energy. I learn't so much about the history of New Orleans from Colin, he did a great job of including everyone. Would highly recommend going on one of Colin's Tours.

Garden district walking tour - The hop on/ hop off was convenient. There was different information given dependent on the guides. The quality of the guides was also somewhat variable. The Garden District walking tour was PHENOMENAL. Colin was our tour guide. His knowledge of the area and overall exuberance about New Orleans in general was so fun to be around. Would highly recommend.

Worth it! - We had never done a Hop On Hop Off bus before and I was skeptical but it is the best way to get around New Orleans. We did the 2 day that came with bus tour, garden district walking tour with Colin Tyler, and a French Quarter Tour. Be sure to park at the Visitor Center for $5 weekdays/$10 weekends. Bus stops at 5:30pm and use the app not the QR codes they didn’t work.

Recommended - Best way to see the city and get your bearings. Do this on your first day. Stops at all the key locations you may want to hit.

I booked online. There... - I booked online. There was no map of stations, just street names. I had to ask several info desks (other companies) with no help to locate single stop sign. Also, 10 min stop at the cemetery was not necessary. Otherwise, it was fun.

More busses needed. - More hop on busses were needed since large ships are now docking daily. Long lines are waiting to return at each stop. I was disappointed that we spent most of the tour in the down town section of the city and not enough on places that are considered the most important in New Orleans. Many of the sights were "on the right three block down that street...: or "one block to the left is a great restaurant". Not interesting or helpful.

Disappointed by bus convoy causing long delays and missed stops - I’ve used this bus brand all over the world. However unfortunately in New Orleans the traffic meant several buses were following eachother. So instead of being picked up in 25 minutes or less I waited an hour for a bus - this meant I could only get half of the route before they closed. I will ask for a refund as I felt penalized for their poor logistics. The bus personnel were above average but the bus was crowded and having waited an hour for the bus, the driver initially stated I couldn’t board due to capacity until thankfully a passenger left. Is it possible they’re selling too many passes per day?

AWFUL - DO NOT USE THIS. Our bus stalled out at Stop number eight. And the mechanics came when we were all outside. Literally 10 feet from the bus. Once the bus was fixed, they never even asked us if we wanted to hop on board. They just close the door and left.

Do Not Waste Your Money - ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE! This is a rip off!!! My family and I only rode the tour bus once. After that every time we tried to get back on we couldn’t. They need a better process… you must get off after so many stops to allow others to enjoy as well. We went from stop 18 to stop 1!! I felt scammed out of my money.
