• New Delhi - Day 1:
  Upon arrival at Delhi airport or hotel, a Padma Holidays representative will warmly welcome you. Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and assist you in boarding your train and coach. You will arrive at New Delhi station in time to catch one of India’s fastest trains, the ‘Bhopal Shatabdi’. Boarding passes will be emailed to you. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the train. You will reach Jhansi by 11:00 AM. A Padma Holidays representative will be waiting for you at the station with a placard displaying your name. Our driver will then take you from the railway station in a comfortable, air-conditioned personal sedan car for your journey to Khajuraho (approximately 4 hours).
• Khajuraho - Day 1:
  02:00 pm: (14:00 hrs) Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check into your pre-booked hotel to freshen up. Later in the evening, your sightseeing begins with a visit to the local market for some shopping, followed by an evening light and sound show. Here, you will learn about the discovery, history, and myths associated with the Khajuraho temples. Conclude your day by returning to your hotel for dinner and a restful night. (Lunch will be provided during your daily schedule.)
• Khajuraho Temples - Day 2:
  Ensure you have completed your breakfast routine and are ready to explore the temples and sculptures in Khajuraho. This monument, a group of Hindu and Jain temples, is renowned for its erotic sculptures in Nagara architectural style. The Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandela Dynasty between 950 AD and 1050 AD, spanning an area of 20 square kilometers. These temples feature sculptures and images of gods and goddesses, erotic figures, animals, warriors, musicians, and human figures in erotic poses. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will visit the western group of temples for Khajuraho sightseeing during daylight, including the Kandariya Mahadev temple, one of the largest and most typical temples opposite the Chaunsath Yogini temple. You can admire the art and sculpture work of the Khajuraho temples and understand the message behind the statues. Photography is encouraged.
• Khajuraho - Day 2:
  After lunch, proceed to the Eastern group of temples, where a few temples are located. You will also visit the Chitragupta Swamy Temple dedicated to Surya Dev and the Laxman Temple. Gather valuable knowledge about the history and create beautiful memories of these cities. Later, drive to Jhansi Railway Station to catch your train back to New Delhi.
