New Delhi - Between 6 AM and 11 AM, or at a time that suits you, our chauffeur will pick you up from your preferred location in Delhi, the airport, Gurgaon, or Noida. You will then travel to Agra in a comfortable, climate-controlled private car. The journey from Delhi to Agra takes just over 3 hours via the Yamuna Expressway, one of India’s finest roads. Upon arrival in Agra, you will meet your guide.

Agra Fort - Once you arrive in Agra, check in at the hotel. After a brief rest and freshening up, visit Agra Fort, an architectural masterpiece and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D., this massive fort, also known as Lal Qila (Red Fort) or Qila-i-Akbari, is a symbol of Agra and often referred to as a walled city. Constructed from red sandstone, it was once the residence of the Mughals. The fort’s courtyards, mosques, and private chambers echo the story of the Mughal Empire. Within Agra Fort are exquisite structures like the Diwan-i I Khas, Diwan-i I Aam, and Jahangiri Mahal. The elegant buildings inside reflect a fascinating blend of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The view of the Yamuna River and the Taj Mahal from the fort’s pavilions is breathtaking.

Agra - After touring Agra Fort, stop at a local restaurant for lunch (at your own expense), which is not included in the tour.

Mehtab Bagh - In the evening, visit Mehtab Bagh for a stunning sunset view of the Taj Mahal. Mehtab Bagh is a charbagh garden complex and one of the last Mughal gardens in Agra. Perfectly aligned with the gardens of the Taj Mahal, Mehtab Bagh offers a picture-perfect view of the Taj from the fountain in front of the entrance gate. It is a popular sunset spot among photography enthusiasts and nature lovers. It is believed that Shah Jahan had the garden designed for his enjoyment so he could admire the Taj Mahal’s beauty. On moonlit nights, the clear reflection of the Taj Mahal in the park’s waters is indescribable. Mehtab Bagh is now a horticultural delight with a variety of blooming flowers, medicinal herbs, and numerous fruit trees, enhancing the park’s beauty. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Agra.

Agra - Delhi

Taj Mahal - At 5:45 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel to visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, witnessing the breathtaking beauty of India’s most famous monument and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the world’s most renowned tomb, symbolizing the timeless love story of the 17th-century Fifth Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Built with white marble, this symbol of eternal love attracts visitors from around the globe who fall in love at first sight. No visit to Agra is complete without seeing this iconic monument.

Agra - After your sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the Itimad-Ud-Daulah Tomb with a guide.

Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah - Next, visit the Itimad-Ud-Daulah Tomb, one of Agra’s most impressive architectural wonders. This monument is considered the inspiration behind the Taj Mahal, earning it the nickname “Baby Taj Mahal.” Many tourists miss Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb, a hidden gem.
