Upon arrival in Agra, the tour guide will meet you and proceed to the Taj Mahal. Visit the Taj Mahal with an English-speaking tour guide. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

After visiting the Taj Mahal, proceed to Agra Fort. It was built in 1565 A.D. by the great Mughal Emperor Akbar. Note: Only 25% of the area is open to visitors. 75% is under the Indian Army.

Enjoy shopping in Agra, known for its exquisite handicrafts, including marble and softstone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan was personally involved and was an accomplished artist in zari embroidery work. Agra’s major handicraft products include leatherware, brassware, carpets, jewelry, and embroidery work.
