Red Fort Tour! - I enjoyed this tour because there's so much history to learn about & the museum inside provides a lot of good information.

Red Fort Morning Tour - Awesome experience getting to explore the Red Fort in the heart of Old Delhi. Wasn’t crowded at all on a Saturday morning. Gaurav was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the history as well.

Would Not Reccommend - We cancled the tour at the request of the operator. We originally booked a 4:30pm tour. 36 hours in advance I received a WhatApp message requesting to move the tour to 3 or 3:30pm because they said the Fort closes at 4:30pm. I do not understand why we were allowed to book a tour at 4:30 if that is when the property closes. However, the Indian Ministry of Culture website states the Fort does not close until 9pm. After requesting the time change I informed them that our morning tour of New and Old Delhi, which did not include the Red Fort, should be over by 2pm so we could accommodate the change. The operator then began to suggest reaching out to the other tour company and asking to add the Red Fort to that tour instead of doing the prebooked tour. It felt like the operator did not want to provide us with the tour we had booked. They offered a refund, but it was not initiated until after I canceled the tour through TripAdvisor 8 hours after they agreed to initiate the refund. Finally, the operator continually requested a review of the Red Fort despite us never having completed the tour with the operators company.
