Upon your arrival in Neemrana take a short walk through the village lanes with your guide. Observe the traditional houses and the village life from close quarters. See how families have been living there for generations away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Visit the nine-storey stepwell in the village that was built in the 18th century primarily to create employment when famine struck the area.

After the walk around the village, climb up to the Fort. This Fort Palace is constructed over 14 tiers. Each tier has its separate set of rooms with balconies and terraces. Spend the rest of the morning exploring the nooks and corners of this sprawling palace.

Next have lunch at the hotel restaurant (beverage excluded). After lunch you will be driven back to Delhi and dropped off at your hotel.

Neemrana is an ancient town situated in the state of Rajasthan at a distance of about 75 miles from Delhi. The 553 year old Neemrana Fort stands in the midst of the Aravalli mountain range. The fort belonged to the ruling family of Chauhans who can trace their lineage back to the great Rajput king, Prithviraj Chauhan.
