Abhaneri - Chand Baori in the village of Abhaneri is one of the deepest and most fascinating stepwells in India. Its geometric design of over 3,000 steps creates a striking visual pattern, making it a unique stop on the way to Jaipur.

Jaipur

City Palace of Jaipur - The City Palace is a grand royal residence in the heart of Jaipur. It was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 1700s when he established Jaipur as his new capital. Inside, you’ll find beautiful courtyards, gardens, and museums showcasing royal attire, weapons, and paintings. It’s still partially inhabited by the royal family today.

Jantar Mantar - Jaipur - This is an extraordinary site filled with giant instruments used to study the stars and planets. It was created by King Sawai Jai Singh in 1734. The main attraction is the world’s largest stone sundial, which can tell time with great accuracy. It’s located right next to the City Palace.

Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind - Hawa Mahal is one of Jaipur’s most renowned landmarks. Built in 1799, it resembles a honeycomb with hundreds of tiny windows. In the past, royal ladies used these windows to observe street festivals while remaining unseen. Made of pink and red stone, it looks especially beautiful in the morning sunlight.

Jal Mahal - Jal Mahal means “Water Palace.” It appears to float in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Most of the palace is submerged—only the top floor and domes are visible above. Built in the 18th century, it is one of the most picturesque spots in Jaipur.

Jaipur - Delhi
