Friends on tour - Really a fantastic experience with Cristal Holidays! We were 7 girls from Norway on a trip, and had a very nice first meeting with India. Our guide, Lucky, and our driver, Inder, were very friendly and had a lot of knowledge! We learned a lot about Dehli, Agra and Jaipur, as well as getting a lot of nice photos. We felt very safe, the car was nice and had good air conditioning and we always got water when we asked for it! Amit, the boss, gave us lots of information in advance, and made the trip predictable! Thank you - we have cost us so much!

Intense and unforgettable impressions of the golden triangle in India - The driver appeared on time at our Hotel and we saw several highlights of Delhi which were explained to us by our German speaking guide. The following drive to Agra was fast but safe, despite the continuous track changes on the way. In Agra we were pleased with the beautiful hotel. Early morning of the second day the highlight of the journey - the Taj Mahal - was scheduled. The sunrise behind the Taj is a once in the lifetime event. After breakfast we visited the Agra Fort, well explained by our guide. The drive to Jaipur again went smooth and we were again located in a pleasant hotel. The last full day was devoted to the Sights of Jaipur, the palace of the winds and especially the huge Amber Fort. Despite a thunderstorm we could admire the beauties of the fort and were excellently accompanied by our guide, who organized a wheel chair for my wife's comfort. We cancelled the visit of further sights, as we were very tired after the extensive walk around the Fort. We returned to our hotel in Jaipur and on the last morning we arrived safely back at our hotel in Delhi. All the guides were very helpful and polite and explained the historic background of the monuments. Many thank also to the driver who was always on time and drove us safely through sometimes very heavy traffic. We enjoyed the whole private tour along the golden triangle and would like to recommend the service of Crystal India holidays.

Fabulous tour of the Golden Triangle in India - We had a fabulous four day luxury tour of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Day 1 was busy as we toured Delhi and then headed to Agra, which was a 3.5 hour drive. Our Hotel in Agra was the 5 star Jaypee Palace on 50 acres of land, a beautiful setting. Day 2 was very busy as we were 6 hours touring Agra and then drove to Jaipur, which took six hours due to heavy traffic on arrival. We stayed two nights in Jaipur, and saw the sights as outlined. Our 3 guides: Gyanendra in Delhi, Ashia in Agra and Harsh in Jaipur were exceptional and our driver, Manuhar, was a saint, negotiating the wild traffic while keeping his cool at all times. We were chauffeured in his immaculate vehicle; he kept in touch with guides, made sure we always had water in the car, and he was always ready and waiting when we finished a tour.

Exceptional (especially if your time is limited) - The trip was stress-free as everything was very well organised. My driver sattish was very nice and he helped me navigate in this country as it was my first time. The trip involves a lot of driving so having an amazing driver makes the difference. I asked for a non-shopping trip and was not brought to any shop during the tours without needing to repeat it to the guides. The guides were all very nice and all spoke remarkable french. The only "negative" comment is that we went a bit fast in the agra fort visit. Hotels had everything someone could expect from a 5 star hotel Recommendation for crystal company would be to identify better restaurant for lunch. I was brought to touristic places (around 20us per meal) and the food was not very tasty. It was however very hygienic and safe to have lunch at these places. Buffet in the hotels were pricy but very good and tasty. But this tour still deserves 5 star just for the incredible organization and what it allows you to see in such a short time frame. Thanks for giving me a very good first impression of India

First time in India as a woman - Okay, my main goal in going to India was undoubtedly to visit the Taj Mahal, but since I had a few days off, I thought it would be nice to visit other places. I'll be honest, I had heard a lot about traveling alone as a woman in that part of India, mainly in New Delhi. Not only had I heard about it, but I had also seen and read news about it. Don't get me wrong, I'm from Mexico, so unfortunately I'm used to this kind of news on daily basis, but in my country, not in another. That's why (yes, mainly for my safety) I chose this tour, and it was the best decision. First, I'll talk about the driver, Rash (sorry, I don't remember his name very well), an old man who was waiting for me at the airport from the very beginning and who talked to me throughout the trip to see if I was okay, if I wanted to visit any particular place, rest, etc. He always drove carefully (yes, something difficult in India) and always treated me with respect. Now I'll talk about the guides. In general, they were always willing to answer all my questions about each place we visited. I booked the tour in Spanish, so I understand that some guides still have difficulty with the language. It's understandable, but perhaps an area for improvement. As for the hotels, I booked the 5-star ones and found them to be quite good. I have no complaints. In general, if it's your first time in India and you're a woman and a little concerned about safety, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour :)
