Golden triangle family trip - We booked Japji Travels for our family holiday to the Golden Triangle. It was amazing with great customer service. The driver and and tour guide were very good and made the experience for us. We will definitely use them again. The vehicles that used were high-end luxury vehicles and we really enjoyed our travelling time overall just a great experience would recommend any family that wants to do the golden triangle tour to use this company out standing service.

Amazing Expertience - We initially booked the Golden Triangle tour, but wanted to include a stay in Ranthambore to see the tigers. Mr Singh arranged this for us. Communication was very good by email and WhatsApp. Nothing was too much trouble. We were collected at Delhi airport and driven for the entire trip by a very competent, polite driver Panna Singh in a very clean and comfortable van. All the hotels were perfectly adequate for short stays. A guide was provided in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, and Japji had prebooked the Tiger Safaris for us. (we saw 4 tigers very close up. Amazing!!!). The sightseeing schedule is very intense, especially in Delhi, and you need plenty of stamina. One slight negative would be that the van was very cold when travelling from Delhi to Agra, but I'm sure that would not be an issue apart from in January. Overall I would definitely recommend Japji Travel

Golden triangle trip - Thank you very much for the wonderful experience provided by your company. My family had a great time during our golden triangle trip. The car, Suzuki Ertiga, was in excellent condition (AC was working all the time!). You suggestion to go with Ertiga, rather than Innova Crysta, was really helpful as we were able to fit in all the luggage (5 check-in bags (23kg each) and 5 cabin bags (10kg each) without any issues. We would specially like to thank our driver Mr. Inderpal Singh, whose calm and accommodating nature made this whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. Due to our tight schedule, he had to drive during late hours but never did he complain even once about it. Furthermore, he bonded well with our kids and provided good information in Hindi and somewhat in English. Overall this trip wouldn't have been so great without him. His knowledge of all dhabas and rest areas allowed us to go to places with neat and clean facilities. We also had an excellent guide in Jaipur, Mr. Vipin Kumar Sharma. He is very knowledgeable and has good communication skills. His passion for Rajasthan came across very clearly during the several interactions with him. His explanation of the instruments at Jantar Mantar revealed the depth of his knowledge. He was very accommodating to our kids questions and our personal requests. The experience in Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan was also memorable. Thank you for answering all my questions in a timely manner which gave us the confidence that we could plan for such a trip. We highly recommend you for any travel needs around Delhi.

Good service above expectation - Since this is our first Delhi travel, we were little skeptical. But the service given by Japji travels was above our expectation. Mr. Sanjay (driver) was very polite and punctual. Also some places guided us very well as to what to do and what not to do. 3 Days in Delhi, Jaipur & Agra – A private car and driver for our Holiday Trip - It was a fantastic journey and we had a lot of fun. The tour started from delhi and we saw India Gate, Lotus Temple and Humayon’s Tomb. Hawa Mahal in Jaipur was an incredible site. How they have built it? This is something that you would question about. But we had a good driver who knew everything about those monument and history of the place. Then we went to see Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders in the world. All happened the way we wanted it to be. It was an amazing tour.

Amazing tour to Delhi, Jaipur and Agra! - We found japji travel through a reference put up by one of our dearest friend. No doubt, the entire staff was very supportive and caring. They ask you questions about your comfort level and prepare the package according to that. They are not like other companies who sell fix packages only. They do customize your tour as per your budget as well. Sightseeing was amazing and we fell like it’s our home. It was a great time traveling with Japji Travel.

Generally OK but could have been far better - Our local travels in Delhi were cut short due to delayed arrival of the checked in baggage. The hotels in Agra and Jaipur didn't have any heating in the room although it was bitterly cold. The Japji Travel owner kept calling and questioning every small change in the itinerary (without involving additional kilometres of travel) although we skipped several of the travel destinations in each location. The driver was very friendly, helpful and punctual
