India Stater Tour! - The tour was great - this was our first time in India and we wanted a safe and easy way to see the golden triangle and the tigers in five days and this was the perfect way to achieve that!! Our tours in every city were very informative and gave us a lot of background on each of the areas we got to see. Our hotels were very nice in each of the cities. The best part was our driver Parveen who took us safely from one spot to the next and was always quick to share a laugh or some delicious samosas. The only thing I’d be weary is in Delhi note that a lot of the big sites are closed on Monday so if your trying to see the red fort try to catch that a different day. Make sure you take out plenty of cash for all the monuments and daily tips!

Joyful Holidays for a joyful time - Joyful Holidays, headed by Sonia Handa, was wonderful to work with. The communication prior to the tour was complete and prompt. We wanted to arrive a few days early and when the hotel she recommended was unavailable, she directly booked it for us. She also aided me in booking a one-day tour in Chennai shortly after the golden triangle trip. She provided information about Indian visas before the trip. She worked with me so that I could prepay monument fee costs as well as customizing the tour. Additionally, she provided us with a proper protocol for tipping guides, the driver, and porters. Two days before the tour she provided me with a ‘final’ itinerary (guides could change if circumstances called for). I would not hesitate to use Joyful Holidays again. Hotels: We stayed at four 3-star hotels as part of this trip – Hotel Southgate in Delhi, Hotel Paradise in Agra, Ranthambore Nature Camp & Traditional Heritage Haveli in Jaipur. All were excellent and had a reasonable choice for breakfast, but the Southgate was the best. Driver: Mr. Gulab was our driver. He joined us at the start of the tour and stayed with us until he dropped us at the airport in Delhi. He kept us well supplied with water and he made rest stops as needed. If we wished to talk, he would converse with us and if we wanted quiet, he would drive. When there was not a guide, he brought us to a suitable restaurant for lunch. He made the trip very pleasant. Guides: Our guides in Delhi (Shikha), Agra (Dilib), and Jaipur (Madan) were excellent. All were knowledgeable about their cities, but Madan had an especially deep knowledge about Agra. As a note, all brought to good commercial establishments specializing in the crafts of India. They also brought us to restaurants that were able to serve us a broad choice of milder foods (they did have spicier foods as well). In Ranthambore, we saw lots of wildlife but since we were at the end of the rainy season, the tigers were not seen.

5 Day Tour with Mr. Parveen - Our tour was absolutely amazing. Our driver, Mr. Parveen made us feel comfortable, safe, and taught us so much about India while on our Tour. Each guide was knowledgeable, fun and kind! Sonia did a great job crafting the trip and checking in with us. What an experience!

Amazing tour, which couldn’t have been possible without our driver Parveen - Parveen as a guide was truly one of a kind! The entire tour was an incredible, but he was the staple of the entire trip. We had a private tour guide in each stop who were all very knowledgeable and kind. But the portion that we did not fully account for is the long drives in between each city. During these drives, it was our driver who we spent the time with. In the end, our driver Parveen was the most impactful over any tour guide simple given the fact he was with us the entire tour. And I could not say enough great things about him. In the end, he was the reason for a top of the line experience

Our driver, Ram, was exceptional—skilled, fun, and attentive. Navigating through India’s bustling traffic with ease, he made us feel completely safe. He also added thoughtful touches to our journey, like treating us to fresh guava and local sweets, which made the experience even more special. The guides at each destination were excellent. Amazing tour book it now - This was such a great tour. Sonia was in touch with me the entire time asking how the tour was going and answered all my questions. Every guide in every city was great and on time. Our driver we had the entire time Mr Singh was so amazing. Always so helpful and professional. He always supplied us with water and he even got the car washed halfway through. The hotels were great and everything went super smoothly. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who needs to knock off a lot of things in a quick timeframe.

A taste of India - I recently did this trip with a friend and I had an incredible time. The guides in each city were very knowledgeable, making sure that we knew about the history and cultures of each location that we visited. It was also really great that they were accommodating when we wanted to spend time taking photos, even when it started to get crowded. Our driver, Mr Pooran Singh, was incredible. Driving such long distances and being patient with us tourists must be a tough job, but Pooran was professional and helpful at all times. We really felt safe and comfortable with him. I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to visit the must-do’s in India!

5 day tour in India - It was a good tour, i see a lot in a short period of time. The owner Sonia was nice and made a perfect tour for me. Driver Ajay was very good driver and he manage to navigate well in Indian traffic witch is quite chaotic. I have three guides from Joyful, and they were all good. Only problem in trip was the tigers, who dont want show.

Amazing tour of India - We have just returned from a wonderful India Tour (5 Days Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore) with Joyful Holidays. Sonia (founder) and her team put together a well organised tour of New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Ranthambore for me and my wife. Joyful Holidays is different from other Indian Tour companies is that it is run by an amazing team of women. Originally designed to cater for women only, they have now expanded our to also include families and mixed groups. The 5 Days Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore tour included 5-star hotel accommodation, experience local guides in each city, and with a dedicated driver for the whole tour. We highly recommend upgrading to the larger vehicle Innova Crysta car which makes the journey time between cities fly by. The highlight of the tour is of course the incredible Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world, and a bucket list for everyone. When booking your trip with Joyful Holidays we recommend adding on a traditional Indian massage in Jaipur (recommended by our driver Prakash), and also a few hours at a local street market in New Delhi (Sarojini Nagar Market). The best hotels we stayed at were the Trident Hotels and I would especially recommend the Trident in Agra – the best customer experience at a hotel we have experience in the world - amazing!! I can confirm that Joyful Holidays are trustworthy and you’re in very safe hands with Sonia and her team of ladies.
