Recognized as a protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1958, it measures 60 meters in length and 15 meters in width. Although its exact origins are unknown, it is believed to have been initially constructed by the legendary king Agrasen and later rebuilt in the 14th century by the Agrawal community, who trace their lineage to Maharaja Agrasen. This site is a favored tourist attraction and social spot in New Delhi.
