Humayun’s Tomb - Humayun’s tomb(Maqbara e Humayun) is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun.The tomb was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993.It was commissioned by Humayun’s son Akbar in 1569-70, designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyas, a Persian architect chosen by emperor’s widow Haji begum.

India Gate - At the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an “Arc-de-Triomphe” like archway in the middle of a crossroad.It was built as a memorial to commemorate the 70,000 India soldiers killed in World War I, India Gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and completed in 1931.

Lotus Temple - Lotus Temple, built in the shape of a lotus flower, is the last of seven Major Bahai’s temples built around the world built in 1986.The structure is made up of pure white marble.The architect Furiburz Sabha chose the lotus as the symbol common to Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Islam.

Qutub Minar - Qutab Minar is a soaring, 73 m-high tower, is the tallest brick minaret in the world.It was built in 1193 by Qutub-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi’s last Hindu kingdom.Its is declared as UNESCO’s world heritage site.
