The tour continues to the intriguing Sher Mandal, situated at the highest point of Delhi’s Old Fort, known as Purana Qila. It is believed to have been built by Mughal emperor Humayun as an astronomical library and pleasure tower. Following this, explore the Qila-i-Kuhna Mosque, erected by Afghan emperor Sher Shah Suri in 1541 after seizing the Fort. The mosque features a unique and striking symmetry of white marble and red sandstone. Additional attractions include an ancient Stepwell and a medieval Hammam (Bath House).
