Unforgettable trip to Agra! - Rafeeq was excellent! Very knowledgeable and showed amazing local insights. Brij Kishore was an excellent driver -very smart, friendly and helpful (including a great masala chai stop en route!). They both took great care of us and we're more than happy to tailor our trip to ous specific requirements. Rafeeq went over and above as our photographer - some very impressive professional looking shots! And Brij Kishore very kindly picked us up from Delhi airport at 3am on the dot to save us waiting around for hours! Highly recommend!

Make your trip Superb and memorable with good travel guide. - Was worried bcos we had senior citizens with us, but our trip was made easy and comfortable and economical by Pioneer Holidays. Tour guide Rafique and the driver Surendra was quite gentle and excellent at their work. Thanks to Moin who planned our trip. They have made our Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan trip memorable...looking forward for many more trips with them.

Two days magnificent experience in Agra - From the very start we have been very satisfied with Pioneer Holidays. When we mailed from home asking about what to do we got replies immediately. They helped changing the tour program so it would match our flight schedule back from Delhi. We were picked up on time in Delhi on Saturday morning by the excellent driver Mohan, who drove us safely around for two days. He knew a lot and told us about what we saw from Delhi to Agra. After check-in in Agra our guide Ali met up, took us for lunch in a lovely restaurant and then we went sightseeing. Ali is excellent and told us everything about what we saw in the different sights and about Indian history. He also turned out to be a supergood photographer, helped us with beautiful memories from our trip to Fatehpur Sikri, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Thank you a lot for this life-time experience!

Excellent experience - Searched many tour operators and after e-mail dialogue with Pioneer I,m glad we used them. Sent them my choice of itinerary and hotel and all was arranged based on my request. Driver was at airport waiting for our arrival in Delhi (Vijay) very friendly. Met by guide (Shubhan) at our hotel in Agra (Chrystal Sarovar with Taj view) and began our tour. The guide (Shubran) had excellent knowledge of the sites we visited. Excellent experience which was helped by the guide and the driver. If we are ever travelling in India again this operator would first choice for us .Also a bonus was paying for the tour at the end as there was no hassle of bank transfers .No hassle to visit shops or markets only provided what we had requested. A day to remember - Had a great day seeing the Taj Mahal. It really is such a beautiful palace. Sameer showed us around and he was a great tour guide making sure we were stocked for coffee and gave us all the knowledge about not only the Taj Mahal but the fort and all of Agra. Excellent private tour experience in Delhi and Taj Mahal - Don’t give too many too many reviews, but this company & its crew deserve a big shoutout! Most already know how great these places are, so this is for their team -my experience with them for my Delhi & Agra (Taj Mahal) weekend trip. First off Pioneer Holidays company. Few of my coworkers from the US tried other companies, but I decided to give these guys a try. Thought it was a decent deal & heard good things about them. There was a mixup on my 1st night hotel (I didn’t even know), but one of the partner, Mohd, came & meet me in Agra to explain and apologize & they also kept the promise of skipping very long lines. Great customer service in my book! During my Delhi leg, Indu, my personal travel guide gave me full attention, showed me all the little secret things in Delhi because she’s a Delhi native and very proud of her city.. She’s very attentive and made me feel comfortable and she took care pretty much of everything. She knows how to pick best places to eat for lunch -just watch out a bit as she’s a food critic and she’ll go up to the management if her Gulab jamun is not to perfection :) I got to Agra at night time to enjoy the following morning 6am tour (you should do this, btw). Ali met me at my hotel when I arrived (I wasn’t expecting that). Since my pkg didn’t include dinner at the hotel, he suggested one of the new local place, Signature Restaurant, which he knows the owner (try it they have a killer Biryani & service is great since the owner is there). Ali also grew up in Agra so he knows his stuff & all about Taj Mahal. He shows you little details that you will easily miss without being his private guide -not to mention saving you hours by not letting you get in line for long. He’s also got a lot of these little great picture spots in Taj which makes it great. He’s been dong this for years and he’s very good at it, but he promised me to even improve his service to top his excellent rating. And lastly, the other Ali, the great driver/companion for the entire trip. I don’t want to talk about how great a driver he is ( he even made the point to stop to take pictures of me at the Buddh Circuit as I told him I’m a big Formula-1 fan), but he’s very respectful , trustworthy and really made me feel and experienced that I had a great private driver for a couple of days. On my way back to Delhi, we were running a little late due to extra traffic in Agra, but he promised me that he’ll get me on time for my flight in Delhi - he did. If I live in India, I would hire him as a driver in a heartbeat. The only negative thing with my experience was bit of selling points by vendors in Delhi & Agra - some selling pressure by vendors & if you would think that you’d be going to a demo/how stuff were built, you’d be in for a surprise. I’m assuming this is true for all other companies. They should make this an optional or better forewarned. Again, overall rating for me is excellent and maybe I’ll be looking for this same team (Ali driver, Indu in Delhi & Ali in Agra) next time I visit India when I bring friends/family/coworkers

Customise 2 day Agra Tour - Everything ran exceptionally smoothly, there was also flexibility, and many times that Faizan and Vicky used their insider knowledge to guide our tour. They were friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of Agra, the Taj and our 2 day tour. Highly recommended.

Guided tour of taj and Agra fort with driver - We had a great couple of days and were very well looked after by our driver Vijay and Guide Schubhan. Agra fort was very interesting especially the detailed account of the security measures taken by the mughoul kings to protect themselves from attack. Also really interesting history was given of the characters and behaviours of these kings. Taj is an amazing sight especially especially in the early light. We especially enjoyed going to the baby taj mausoleum. Although not nearly so well looked after it had lots of original art work and decoration. Definitely worth a visit. We also squeezed in a visit to the big mosque next to Agra fort. And learnt a lot about Moslem traditions and prayer etc. From Schubhan who was most informative. In general he was able to put all those monuments into the context of the politics and culture of India.The whole thing was very relaxing as we had planned the rest of our trip ourselves. So being waited on and taken door to door was lovely.
