Spice Market: Located west of Chandni Market on Khari Baoli Road, this is Asia’s largest wholesale spice market. Discover hundreds of shops offering a variety of refined, local, and exotic spices. The vibrant market is a photographer’s delight and a must-visit.
Chandni Chowk: One of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, India, Chandni Chowk is near the Old Delhi Railway Station. The Red Fort monument is within the market, built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and designed by his daughter Jahanara. Once divided by canals to reflect moonlight, it remains one of India’s largest wholesale markets.
Red Fort - Red Fort: Delhi’s iconic monument, the Red Fort, is a testament to the Mughal emperors who ruled India. Its walls, stretching over two kilometers (1.2 miles), were constructed in 1638 to fend off invaders, though they couldn’t prevent its capture by the Sikhs and the British.

Amer Fort: The former capital of the Kachhwahas, perched atop rugged hills, is remarkable for its majestic surroundings, sturdy battlements, and beautiful palaces. A blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture, the fort’s red sandstone and white marble pavilions reflect in the lake below, creating a breathtaking sight. Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum - Umaid Bhawan Palace: Construction began in 1929 and was completed in 1943. Situated on the city’s highest point, the 347-room palace is one of the world’s largest private residences. It combines Indian and European architectural styles. Part of the palace remains a residence for the former royal family, while other sections are a Taj Palace Hotel and museum.
Mandore Garden - Mandore Gardens: Mandore, dating back to the 6th century, was Marwar’s capital before Jodhpur’s establishment. The gardens attract many tourists and house a government museum, a ‘Hall of Heroes,’ and a temple to 33 crore Gods. Artifacts and statues found in the area are displayed in the museum. The architectural splendor of the bygone era is evident here.

Jodhpur - Pushkar

Pushkar Lake is considered one of India’s holiest lakes, as it, along with Man Sarovar, Bindu Sarovar, Narayan Sarovar, and Pampa Sarovar, forms the ‘Panch Sarovar’ or five sacred lakes of Hindu mythology. Folla Sui Ghat, in front of Sunset Cafe, is the best spot to watch the sunset in Pushkar.

Built in the 14th century, the temple features a raised platform, red spire, stone slabs, marble floors, and an image of ‘hans’ or swan, Lord Brahma’s vehicle. Inside, a life-size four-armed idol of Lord Brahma and a silver-carved turtle are present.

Pushkar Market: The Pushkar Bazaar offers a variety of items, especially during the annual Pushkar Fair. Items include Rajasthani costumes and puppets, embroidered fabrics, souvenirs, bangles and beads, decorative pieces and accessories, curios, embroidered shoes, brass utensils, glass lamps, bags, belts, and many more handicraft items. Most traditional items come from Barmer District and other tribal areas of Rajasthan.
