Great show and food - We went to the Neverland Show, or the correct term would be the dinner show. Great oriental food and the show was great, my little daughter forgot to eat. I can only recommend the show. If you have booked your holiday in one of the Albatros Hotels, the show is included.

It’s a change from sea-pool-bouiboui - We pick you up from your hotel, the driver Monir very nice and very helpful then we take you to a huge hotel complex (right next to this complex there is a monster shopping center with all kinds of shops and McDonald's!) once arrived Monir dropped us off and at the entrance gave us jalabya Once installed, we offer you unlimited drinks, The show is magnificent, you can see that they are professionals, lighting effects too The Moroccan dinner was delicious Once finished, all around there are replicas of illuminated Egyptian monuments, with the jalabya and night lighting, effects guaranteed!!! In short, very good evening, it's a change of sea-pool-bouiboui to do again

Absolutely fantastic - What an experience the food was great four courses,the waiters kept the alcohol flowing,the show was absolutely amazing in every way the free outfits were a bonus although we r yet to wear them a fantastic night to end our holiday

Spectacular evening. - What a fantastic evening from the minute we arrived. The food was tasty and well presented. The drinks flowed all night. What an amazing show. The dancers were professional and the costumes breathtaking. . The outside venue was stunning. Felt you were ancient Egypt. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants a fantastic night out.

Everything is terrible!!! - If I could put 0, I would. The show is terrible! Firstly, the show is mandatory when booking a Pickalbastros hotel and there is no way to refuse it. Cost about 12,000 rubles. For 3 adults and 1 child. Not cheap. Secondly, we were not picked up by the hotel transfer. A few minutes of swearing with the reception manager and we were taken by taxi. Accordingly, we were late for the start of the show and were seated at the farthest table from the stage, where everything was hard to see (the columns were far away and interfered with the view). Thirdly, the food, or rather the almost lack of it and the disgusting taste. However, we did not eat at our hotel and remained hungry. Drinks are included in the price, but they don't know how to make cocktails at all. Fourthly, it's cold. The hall itself is located on the street, there is a tent on the sides and on top, but it doesn’t really help, it’s still blowing. There are many little things that are still extremely unsatisfactory. About the show itself: I’ve seen a lot of shows, this is a solid 4, the dancers are great, but it’s a bit boring. For that kind of money you expect more.

Do not use (Egypt Delight Trips - First, the show was amazing. Do not use tour company (Egypt Delight Trips), they are con merchants. I booked and paid for the excursion before coming to Hurghada. Les’s than 24 hrs before pick up I received a text stating the venue had changed and there would be a charge of $15 pr person payable to the driver. I checked on line live exchange rates and $30 = 960 Egyptian pounds about £30 UK so I agreed. On arriving at the Venue I was asked for payment, 1800 Egyptian pounds = £60 UK. I contacted (Egypt Delight Trips) and was told the rate is set by the bank and is fixed. Utter nonsense. So I paid £60UK to go to the event I had paid for at the original venue. Be warned.

E.coli & HUS syndrome (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome) in Hurghada - E.coli & HUS syndrome (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome) in Hurghada Protect your children during the holidays in Hurghdada During our holiday at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista hotel in July 2023, our 6-year-old daughter was infected with the e.coli bacteria. This quickly led to HUS syndrome, a life-threatening disease that almost killed our daughter. HUS is not food poisoning, traveler's diarrhea or salmonella contamination, but a life-threatening disease in which acute kidney failure occurs and the red blood cells die. It is extremely dangerous for young children because their immune system is not yet fully developed. The infection happened while eating meat at a show in Pickalbatros hotel Neverland where we were guests for an evening performance. 24 hours later our daughter became ill, the incubation period of e.coli. It started with vomiting and blood in diarrhea. The hotel doctor Dr. Hany F Helmy from hotel Aqua Vista was not trained to help our daughter as there was blood in the diarrhea. He should have sent us urgently to the hospital but decided to ask for as much money as possible for treatments that almost cost our daughter her life. We paid €1140 by credit card for four treatments. After two days we decided to go to Al Haya hospital where they diagnosed HUS and immediately provided the necessary care. Our daughter ended up in intensive care and received 4 days of kidney dialysis with blood transfusions to save her life. After a week she was stable and taken to Belgium by air ambulance, where she stayed in the university hospital for another three weeks and needed kidney dialysis. We explained this in detail to an Aqua Vista manager but never received an official response, support or help from Aqua Vista We hold Pickalbatros group responsible for what happened. The safety of our children cannot be adequately guaranteed. Be very careful with: undercooked beef never brush teeth with tap water only drink bottled water and never use ice cubes don't eat lettuce eat only unpeeled fruit wash hands before eating If your child is vomiting and has blood in diarrhea, go to a hospital immediately!!! We highly recommend Al Haya hospital This event has traumatized us for life, make sure it doesn't happen to you.
