You can see very well preserved frescoes on the walls of churches and chapels. These frescoes are paintings which have survived the corrosive effects of time. The frescoes date back to the 5th. century.
- Love Valley - You will see rock formations that are different from the present rock formations.
- Avanos - Avanos was the center of terracota arts in B.C. 2000, during the Hittite era. There, you will have the chance to watch and try the traditional pottery. The clay used in pottery demonstration is taken from the heart of Kizilirmak, which is the second longest river of Turkey, known as Hallys in antique times.
