Safety first - Unfortunately/fortunately we didn’t get on. We were collected at 3:50am. Weather seemed ok. As we got closer we saw the balloons up in the air. So graceful. That day we were turned away. Unfortunately a pilot was injured & all flights were cancelled thereafter. Grateful for safety first. Still waiting for my refund.

Balloon trip!!! - Dream place, if the wind exceeds 8 km it does not come out so the next day it is 100 dollars more or they return your money...but you must go!!!! And if you get picked up at 7 am, it doesn't work...it has to be 5 am to see the sunrise what's the most!!!

Amazing experience! - They were great! Amazing ride! Staff was fantastic and the experience was once in a lifetime. They cancelled the first day but we were able to get on the ride the next day and it was so amazing. A must do adventure!

A Balloon Adventure - Soaring over Cappadocia's breathtaking landscapes was a dream come true! The hot air balloon ride offered stunning views of the unique rock formations and valleys at sunrise. The included drinks added a lovely touch to the experience. This adventure is a must-do for anyone visiting—truly unforgettable!

Bucket list experience! - Lovely and memorable experience. Had an absolutely amazing pilot! Make sure u dress warm as the mornings are really cold. Please note that you will not see as many balloons flying with u over Cat Valley - we only had a view of about five or six balloons with us at the time. Also, the champagne is not halal and there is no breakfast included. Other than that, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Balloon flight zone B - We started from a secondary area called “zone b” we were not told that it was not the main area from where all the hot air balloons leave. The landscape remains that of a peripheral area.

Ruined by hot air balloon flight pilot - Our experience was ruined by the end of the flight when they decide to make a brindis, throwing the wine all over us , ruining our clothes .

Hot air balloon ride - The activity was deeply disappointing and far from the expectations created by the advertising description. The flight zone chosen by PEGAS BALLOONS was not very scenic and lacked the charm typical of the region, resulting in an experience that did not live up to the promises and conditions advertised. A rip-off! The experience culminated with a final toast to colored water. A mockery! Given the cost and nature of the activity, we consider it legitimate and proper to request a full refund of the amount paid.

Disappointing tour - We departed after sunrise, last ballon up and first down. We also were flying quite far from all the others ballons so we guess we did not see the main sights.

I wish I hadn't trust the good reviews - The worst experience ever. I read some bad reviews about this company but decided to trust the good ones. I wish I hadn't. I booked tickets in advance, relying on the fact that, as my trip to Cappadocia approached, it could be impossible to find available tickets to fly the hot balloon. I wrote to Cat Valley company explaining that the balloon experience would be my present for my friend's birthday. Hours before the experience, I received an email cancelling the whole thing. I tried to call them many times. No success. More than disappointed, I got desperate for my friend, who was excited for her birthday, flying a hot balloon. We walked along the main street, talking to agents who called Cat Valley. Since the number was local, they got the call and confirmed that they would be flying the scheduled one, which they had emailed me as cancelled. The agent then explained that it is normal for Cat Valley to sell tickets for a fair price, but if they get better offers, they simply cancel the cheapest ones sold to maximize their profit. The agent helped me buy new tickets for the same price charged by Cat Valley but upgraded with a previous delicious breakfast and a champagne toast at the end of the experience, which was amazing. Thanks to the agent, my friend's birthday was not a disaster. Don't commit the same mistake I did. Don't trust Cat Valley if you book tickets in advance.
