Incredible! - The trip and the experience were incredible to fly up the valleys and then be surrounded by snow capped mountains! Definitely a life experience! The only down side was Tripadvisor. Tripadvisor had false info and timing for the booking and they have no idea how the actual provider works, and then they were not available to help after they made the mess. We booked the flight for 9:15am well ahead of time and the night before the flight the actual provider called to say we had to be ready to go by 5:45am which we found out later was simply them trying to fill the helicopter although they used other excuses. So the bottom line it's must do experience and well work the cost, but whatever you do, don't use Tripadvisor to book it.

GREAT STUFF - First time we had both ever been in a helicopter.Great stuff. Pity it didn't land at ABC as my son and i did a trek there in 2018 and saw the copters land and take off from there It was excellent anyway and would have been better if the weather hadn't obscured Fishtail from Mardi High Camp.

Breathtaking - This helicopter tour is breathtaking! Annapurna Base Camp was closed for helicopter landings so we landed at Mardi Himal Base Camp. The views were spectacular. The pilot flew over ABC and we had amazing views of Annapurna. The helicopter pilot and staff were all very professional.

A wonderful experience - It is an amazing ride. It is well worth the money. Front seat is best. The second row has 4 seats. Only wish I had walked down to the Annapurna base camp sign for a picture

Great experience - the flight through the valley with the mighty Machapuchare on the right side was very impressive. The sight of the mountains from the base camp was terrific

Brilliant experience - Excellent half day out. No commercial exploitation just magical memories. Clean, safe and professionally operated.

Once in a lifetime experience! - We started late than our schedule due to not so pleasant weather in the morning. They clouds were thick and I was so worried that it might be cancelled. But it was good that they kept on updating us and q, we were picked up from the hotel. Once we took off, everything was just wonderful! The aerial view of Pokhara and the mountains from the helicopter were so beautiful! When we landed the ABC, it was so wow. I said wows for countless times!😂

This is a bait and switch! They do not go to Annapurna base camp, but to Mardi Himal for only 20 minutes! 2 hours late! - All of the advertising is FALSE! This is a bait and switch! They do not go to Annapurna base camp, but to Mardi Himal base camp for only 20 minutes! They were 1 hour late picking us up and we waited for another hour plus, so that we missed the best weather! The only person that had a great view was the person in front. Having said that the experience at the base camp was incredibly beautiful! I would have liked to have more time there. Way over priced’

Flight was fabulous, attendant circumstances leave room for significant improvement. - No pickup time at the hotel was stated on the booking comfirmation, so it took me a call to the Kathmandu office to find out that pickup was scheduled for 8am and that I/ hotel reception would be informed in due time in case of any delays. At 8:15am no-one had showed up and I needed to call the office agagin to find out that pickup had been delayed to 9:15am. At 9:30am no-one had showed up, and again I needed .. (you get the pattern). Eventually the driver came at 9:50 and brought me to the heli-port. The office manager of Air Dynasty had me standing for full 10 minutes right in front of her desk without even taking notice of me, as she was busy manufacturing flight certificates for the guests who had already been flown to the base camp, before she raised her head and suggested that might I have a seat. I was kept waiting for another 40 minutes without any explanations for the increasing delay or any information what was going to happen next. Eventually I asked a heli-pilot who showed up at the office who explained to me that there had been a delay to the whole flight schedule because of high winds in the morning. My heli finally took off at 12.07 am and the experience itself was fabulous.

Poor customer service, no trip - 2 hour wait in hotel parking lot for pickup, no word from tour operator. Finally got in touch with company, who offered to move the day (not possible given my itinerary) and then cancelled the flight entirely.
