• Kathmandu Valley - The journey begins at Kathmandu airport, embarking on a helicopter flight to Everest Base Camp, flying over the highest viewpoint in the Base Camp area, and proceeding to Lukla airport via an AIRBUS H125 Eurocopter 350 Model. A brief stop at Lukla is made for refueling. The flight continues to Pheriche at 4200 meters if passenger splitting is necessary for groups of 4-6. The base camp flight departs from 4200 meters.

  06:30 AM: Flight to Lukla
  07:30 AM: Refuel at Lukla
  07:50 AM: Flight towards Everest Base Camp.
  08:25 AM: Fly over (no landing) Kalapathar Everest Base Camp.
  08:55 AM: Flight to Shangboche, Everest View Hotel (subject to weather) & enjoy an optional breakfast. Typically, there is a one-hour stop for food and views.
  09:35 AM: Return flight to Kathmandu, with a possible stop at Lukla for refueling.
  12:50 PM: Arrival at Kathmandu airport
  01:15 PM: Transfer to hotel.

• Tenzing-Hillary Airport - The initial stop for refueling. This is the airport where trekkers begin their journey to Everest Base Camp.
• Pheriche - Previously used as a splitting point if more than 3 passengers are flying together. Two passengers fly first, followed by three, ensuring everyone has a window seat for the Everest Base Camp segment.

• Mount Everest - Delight in a stunning Base Camp tour. This flyover offers an excellent opportunity to capture videos and photos of Mount Everest and other towering peaks, including Mount Pumori, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Mount Everest itself.
• Khumjung - The breakfast landing point during the Everest helicopter flight. Stop at Hotel Everest View (subject to weather), typically for one hour, and bring USD 31 per person for a set breakfast.
• Kathmandu - Return to Kathmandu from Everest Base Camp by helicopter, with a landing at Hotel Everest View. The flight to Kathmandu via Lukla takes one hour. The captain may choose to fly via Lukla or directly, depending on fuel and weather conditions.
