Kathmandu Arrival
Thamel - Upon your arrival at the airport, our team will be there to assist you. We will then drive to Thamel in a private car. In the evening, you will meet the crew, and the guide will provide an overview of the journey. We will enjoy a delicious Nepalese dinner together at a beautiful restaurant.
Full Day Kathmandu Valley sightseeing
Kathmandu Valley - Today’s schedule includes visits to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites around Kathmandu. Our stops will include the sacred Swyambhunath and Bouddhanath stupas, which are of great spiritual significance to Buddhist followers. We will also visit the famous Pashupatinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Additionally, we will explore the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, which once served as the royal palace for Nepalese kings. Here, you can see the residences of the Living Goddesses, a unique aspect of Nepalese culture.
We will end the day with a relaxing stay in Thamel, a lively tourist area known for its nightlife, excellent food, and vibrant shopping.
Drive or fly to Pokhara
Pokhara Lakeside - We will start the day early with a hearty breakfast before heading to Pokhara. Depending on your preference and budget, we will travel by private vehicle or tourist bus. The scenic drive, which takes about seven hours, follows the Trishuli Riverbank and winds through lush hills, making for an enjoyable journey.
Alternatively, you can choose to fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu, a 25-minute flight that allows more time to explore the city’s heritage sites. Please note that flight tickets are not included in the itinerary and must be arranged separately.
Full day Pokhara Valley Sightseeing
Pokhara - Early in the morning, we will drive to Sarangkot to witness the stunning sunrise over the lake. After this memorable experience, we will return to the hotel for breakfast before going on a boating trip on the peaceful Phewa Lake.
We will visit the sacred Tal Barahi temple and other attractions such as Bindabasini Temple, Mahendra Cave, Bat Cave, and Seti River Gorge. We will also visit a museum and a waterfall before heading to the World Peace Pagoda, located on a hill with panoramic views of the Pokhara valley.
We will end the day with a relaxing stay by the lakeside.
Drive/Fly back to Kathmandu
Kathmandu - After a wonderful day in Pokhara, we will return to Kathmandu via the Prithivi Highway, enjoying the beautiful Nepalese countryside along the way.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will have time for souvenir shopping before we gather in the evening for a farewell dinner. This will be a great opportunity to reflect on the highlights of our trek and share memories of our experiences.
Alternatively, you can choose to fly back to Kathmandu at an additional cost. Please note that flight tickets are not included in the itinerary and must be arranged separately.
Departure
Kathmandu - On this day, you are free to explore Kathmandu at your own pace. You can do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs or gifts, or participate in any additional activities you have planned.
If your departure flight or drive is scheduled for this day, we will arrange your transfer to the International Airport in Kathmandu. Our representative will ensure you are escorted to the airport safely and on time, so you can leave Nepal with wonderful memories of your journey.
