Activities include exploring secluded pristine bays and beaches, birdlife, snorkel beautiful fringing reefs, reef education with Master Reef Guides, interactions with fish “friends”, and marine life - whales (July to Sept), stories and indigenous history all in the one tour. Stand Up Paddle boards, floating pontoon to sit on and relax. Enjoy a morning tea on a secluded beach and connect with the special places we explore on Magnetic Islands iconic and stunning coastline.
Morning tea and all equipment for activities is provided for you.
Snorkel tuition is provided in a safe and caring environment.

The Best of Maggie! - Truly amazing! I grew up on this island, and still learned new fun facts about this beautiful getaway escape. We saw so many beautiful fish, a sea turtle and the amazing coral reef. Tobi and Yarn (spelling?) were heaps of fun, and so accomodating to myself and 11 year-old twins. Highly recommend this tour!!

Great snorkelling tour of Maggie Island - This was our 2nd time and it didn't disappoint. Kelvin, Amy and Jack looked after all passengers , young and old really well and catered to our abilities.

An informed, enjoyable, comfortable tour of Magnetic island gorgeous beaches, rocky terrain and snorkel spots. - Having spent a few years holiday time at Magnetic Island we were waiting for a great weather day, to join Aquascene on their discovery tour.It was worth the wait for sea clarity, smooth boating, sunshine and 2 wonderful snorkles. How lucky are we to have such talented, informative and friendly staff share their knowledge generously with all of us on the tour(24 people} It really was a super day for us 3 and we'll recommend anyone of any age to go. Amazing tour - The Aquascene team were amazing! I had concerns with my 3yo and how cold the water would be in winter. But all my concerns were reassured and my toddler loved it. Very engaging for all ages and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this tour to everyone going to Magnetic Island.

Best way to see magnetic island - An amazing way to see magnetic island visiting Geoffrey, Arthur, Florence, radical and balding bays! Our guides Caspar and Toby were brilliant. Snorkelling was fantastic.

Fantastic - Despite the snorkeling conditions not being optimal, our day with Aquascene exploring Magnetic Island was still fantastic. The boat tour offered breathtaking views of the island's coastline, coupled with insightful commentary about its history and marine life. The crew's hospitality and professionalism made the journey memorable, ensuring a delightful experience even without the expected snorkeling adventure. Highly recommended for a scenic island exploration!

Great trip - definitely worth it. - Fantastic new boat and an awesome crew. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the snorkelling was bad due to poor visibility. The swim stop, morning tea and beautiful island scenery was great.

Disappointment - Disappointment is an understatement. My one and only trip from the UK to see Australia and mostly to see the great barrier reef .got cancelled because there wasn't enough people booked on the boat trip! WHAT! !! I think that's kind of tough .. You win some you lose some I think. Can you imagine a train or bus being cancelled because there's not enough people on?? So they booked us the next day. But got cancelled again due to the weather. We was only on the island for 2 days so we never got to see the barrier reef. Terrible.
