10/10 Would do again! - The three tours were amazing! Between beautiful views, new experiences and the personalities of the employees, I couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy the island!

50th Birthday Excursion - Excellent Services & Hospitality. I really enjoyed myself. This was our first time and it won't be the last.

Business Fun Outing - This was an amazing excursion and I highly recommend you go and experience all the amazing tours they have! We did the zip line, horseback and culture ride! So glad we had the opportunity to fit this in well worth the price! Our bus tour guide Mario was hilarious! What a great guy with an incredible sense of humor! 😂🙌

Awesome time - The entire zipline was wonderful. We had so much fun. This was the best exclusions of all. This is a must do. The guys Grayson and his crew made the entire adventure awesome. They had ys laughing the entire time. Loved the jokes at the end. If you don't do this zipline you are missing out. Remember to tip. They deserve it. They went way above all expectations.

Wonderful family experience! - Great experience at Jamwest ! Loved the zip lining through the jungle and Tristan and Glen took great care of us and were so fun and patient .. even went with our daughter the first time to ease her nerves. They were great! Also loved the horseback at the beach — great guides!!!

Would go again. - Bring water. Girl passed out on Zipline. Think about time of day and temps before you book your events

Jamwest rushed us around so much we couldn’t enjoy it - We were expecting a better day. It seemed to be rush rush going through the activities. Although the staff was good, the push cart was a disappointment. It wasn’t very exciting. Once you get speed it was over. But like I said the staff did their best to make it exciting. The ziplining was great. Chester and the other staff were fun and made it a great experience. Unfortunately we couldn't give them a tip at the end because we weren’t allowed anything on us like a wallet and by the time we got our money out, they had to rush back for the next group. They were not permitted in the main area which we felt was not right. We ended up giving the tip to another staff member so hopefully the right men will get the tip. We were excited to head to the mineral pool and relax and cool off. We got there and got in the water and within 10-15 minutes the lifeguard said we had to get out and go back to the main building. We were not given a reason or an opportunity to stay at the mineral pool longer. Lastly, there was a bus schedule for going back to the resort to leave at 3:30,4:30,5:30. They rushed us around to get on the 3:30 bus on time but did we leave at 3:30? No, we didn’t leave until 4:00pm because they were waiting for more people. The next bus was at 4:30 so they could have waited and we could have been on our way. Jamwest needs to get organized !!

Worth the Trip - They give you a bracelet for each activity you book. They have signs posted saying no cameras or phones which I found out is because they have photographers to capture. It's $10/picture or $200 for a thumb drive of all pictures. ATV tour while fun was slow, even with that someone still managed to tip over. Horses were lead to water where you sit in the water and get lead back. The zipline is a tough climb up a tower where you ride tower to tower and they move very easily so not recommended for people with a fear of heights.

Manage your expectations; will be an all day affair - It will be hot and muggy. You will most likely feel uncomfortable given that conditions alone. It will be somewhat disorganized - you will have to be proactive and constantly seek answers to find out where you belong. Do not expect them to be punctual - things just move with a little less urgency. However, you will get to do everything you signed up for, just maybe not in the fashion you envision. The ATV riding was fun, just very limited latitude were given. We didn't get the freedom one would want. We're basically told to follow a leader and not do anything outside of that for safety reasons. Which I get. The cultural ride was done by a very knowledgeable host; actually learned a lot from him. However, it's basically just visiting a run down zoo. We skipped the Zipline because we were waiting too long and couldn't take the lack of organization or clarity on when we'd get to go.

Creepy tour guide Johni ruined experience - The actual experience was fantastic, I went with a large group and it was well worth the money we paid as we had a great day. The problem was with our tour guide Johni. He took pictures with us which we were happy to so as we thought he was just being friendly. He asked us to send it to him so we exchanged numbers FOR THIS PURPOSE ONLY. Once he had my number he repeatedly messaged me inappropriately, tellIing me I was cute and he wanted me to leave my hotel and take a taxi to come and see him st his place. He even came back to our hotel at the grand palladium on my last day to try and see me which I thought was ridiculous and I felt unsafe. He harassed me throughout my trip which was not wanted and extremely unprofessional. When I came back to the states he continued this. Be very weary of the tour guides, they just want to hit on tourists so we can buy then stuff and sleep with them. They clearly have had zero training of how to be around women whilst at work.
