You will be greeted at our state of the art clubhouse that hosts a restaurant, bar and gift shop. You will meet your guides and get fully equipped with a harness, helmet and gloves, followed by a brief introductive course on our training zip line. A short de briefing on all aspects of the challenges to be expected, hand signals and gestures used by the tour guides. Climb a 60 feet (18 meters) tower then zoom off along 2450 of zip line, high above the ground. Marvel at views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding mountains as you fly above the forest canopy. When you reach the end of the line, rappel slowly to the ground, where a waiting safari jeep will take you back to the clubhouse. Take a moment to catch your breath prior to moving on to your next adventure.

Zip Line at Jam West - I only did the zipline portion and it was a great experience. Not just the adrenaline rush of stepping off into space but the two guides, Shauvaun and Xtra[sp] who were there for my safety and security made it fun. These are , in my opinion, the best zip line guides in the business. Should you decide to try zip lining go to Jam West and request Shavaun and Xtra, you won't regret it.

Xxxtra Fun - My mother and I chose the ziplining and Jam Culture tours at Jam West where we received lessons in Jamaican history and adventure. Jessica, our Jam Culture tour guide was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of Jamaica, animal life, food and revolutionary figures that comprise the country that promotes the “one love, one people” mantra. Our ziplining guides, Xxxtra Fiyah and Reynardo were very supportive and encouraging, ensuring safety and comfort were top of mind. We closed out our trip at Rick’s Cafe in Negril and we thank our drivers for getting us to and from safely. We had an irie time and highly recommend Jam West Tours!

Zipline a must with Jamwest - My wife and I took the zipline tour and it was a blast. The two young men who took us were hilarious. They made it fantastic.

10/10 for my 1st time. - Did zip lining for the first time and our guides were Kemar and Ryan were excellent with helping with the equipment, the explanation of the rules and making us feel safe. They cheered us on the whole way. This is definitely a must do again when I visit Jamaica again. 🇯🇲

Great adventure for the whole family - We only did the zip line adventure though the drop down menu did not offer that for us to click for the review.
Our family of five (3 children 12, 10, and 8) had an amazing time on the zip line tour! Siobhan (Sorry if not spelled correctly) and Max were the best. They made sure we all were safe and comfortable and had fun. We would recommend the zip line to anyone looking for adventure in the area.

Have No Fear! - I was so afraid to Zipline, but Kadija and Kemar were the perfect instructors! They were very patient and assuring and I was able to jump the 7 lines with ease!! If this is your first time, please be sure to go with this dynamic duo!! OneLove, Patti from DC

AWESOME - We had an absolute splendid time! Zip line was fantastic. IF YOU GO. You have to ask for Ryan and SUPER FYRE!!!! Made the entire experience so much more comfortable and exciting. We also did the jam culture safari! Great experience. Saw crocodiles, had a rum tasting and had birds land on us and eat out of our hands. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE experience the mineral bath. Also. The pina coladas were perfect!

Be sure to ask questions…. - The experience of atv and zip line was nice. The push kart is a joke. The team members that came along with the zip line made the experience fun. With the atv, the course was long and they even had a pit stop where drinks and be purchased and you can write your name on the hut, which I thought was really cute. I dislike that the excursion was 2 hours away from my hotel, which we were not told until we were on the bus. My family was so exhausted from the 2 hour ride and excursion we had to cancel the next day’s excursion because we were beat!!!!! Walking up the stairs and the heat to do the different lines was not an easy task. So be warned. Also, be careful with booking excursions that you are not sure you going to do because to cancel they charged me 50%, stating I was not within the 48 hour time period to get a full refund. I felt that was wrong because we booked less than 48 hours, they had no problem selling me the ticket and didn’t warn me of any penalties upfront but they would rather sell me the ticket and penalize. We stayed in the Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay.. my advise who be to ask questions! How far? What’s the penalty to cancel? Lesson learned.
