Breath-taking ancient drawings - Taking a small plane to see the ancient drawings was breath-taking. Enjoyed it very much. But... it was indeed a long trip from Lima city.

I really recommend this tour - I only had one day free in Lima before flying to Cusco. I was very lucky to find this tour and get to know so much in such a little time. The landscape, the views and the activities, everything was amazing. I really recommed this tour.

Day trip from Lima - Looking for day trips to do from Lima I found this activity on TripAdvisor. The tour is quite long but really worth it. We explored Huacachina and did the buggy tour, and also took the flight over the enigmatic nazca lines. If you have no problems on departing at 6 am and being back in your hotel at 9 pm, then don’t doubt it and book this tour, otherwise you should spend at least 2 days in Huacachina and do both activities.

Great tour great guide - This day trip was one of the highlights of my trip. Since the day I know about the nazca lines, I really wanted to see them. This tour allowed me to watch the amazing nazca lines with a convenient flight from Pisco airport. In comparison to the flight that departs from Nazca, this flight saves you a lot of time and the flight itself lasts around 2 hours. As part of this trip we also visited Huacachina. I can’t thank enough to our guide Alejandro for making this experience incredible.

What an amazing tour - We booked this tour to explore the Nazca Lines and Huacachina. Our guide Alejandro was very passionate and explained a lot about all the places we visited. He didn’t come with us on the plane, but the copilot did his job telling the meaning of each line we saw. In Huacachina we had lunch in a nice restaurant in front of the oasis and then went to the desert to ride the dune buggy. It was extraordinary and it felt like being in a roller coaster.

No tour guide given just the ride to destination - Unfortunately this tour did not go as planned I booked it because it was a 6am pickup that was changed by the tour company to 4:30am Driver came could not speak English and did not have a tour guide with him. 3hrs into the drive from Lima we stopped and driver texted a translation that I was to get out of his car and get into another car with another driver. This was frightening as I’m a 64 year old woman traveling alone in Peru. The explanation was that original driver need to rest so that he could drive me later. Arrived at Nazca got on the airplane no explanation of how these lines came to be ? Just told look right look left dog, bird , monkey. That was ridiculous. Then the driver took me to Huacachina now 3:45pm. I had not eaten so decided I needed to not to do the dine buggy ride and sand surf since we would leave in 45min to head back to Lima. Did not arrive back to Lima until 9pm. Totally not worth the drive with no tour guide to explain anything. I would not recommend this tour!
