We spent 11 adventure... - We spent 11 adventure filled days in Greece and our day with Nico and his family was easily our favorite experience. We loved learning the history of the Perivoli family farm, Naxos and the old and new traditions this family has lovingly carried from one generation to the next. The farm itself is beautiful and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals and touring the orchard and sampling fruits. Preparing Nico’s grandmother’s recipes was an honor and full of laughter for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Our meal was delicious and words can’t describe the gorgeous backdrop or lovely company of this welcoming family. This experience was the highlight of our trip and we thank you for opening your home, sharing your rich history and welcoming us so warmly.

Lots of delicious food fresh from the farm - There was just too much food. It tasted so good and we tried to finish, but could not. Everything was so fresh, including us walking into the chicken coup to get the eggs. The trip included a hike through the farm, see animals, fruit, herbs and other items. We were also able to eat any of the fruits that were ripe. One of the highlights was that his whole family, wife, father and kids were helping at one point. Made us feel part of the family. Once our class was complete, he sent all the recipes within 12 hours. A wonderful experience and well worth the price. Be ready to take a lot of food home with you.

Lovely, relaxing afternoon - Nikos was a wonderful host! It was super relaxing. I really appreciated how we got a real taste of the vibe of farm life. It was fun learning about Greek farming, as well as seeing how many different crops thrive in Naxos. We had a lovely meal, prepared by us and cooked by his ageless father. His family was so sweet. He was incredibly gracious and helpful with recommendations elsewhere in Naxos.

Hight recommended Naxian farm cooking experience! - This is a must do when in Naxos. Nick and his family are so welcoming and make you feel a part of the family! We walked all around the farm learning different things about farm life and produce to plate. Eating Kumquats and oranges straight from the tree we got a feel for Island life. Then we cooked together making traditional Greek dishes which we then enjoyed with wine and sour cherry juice, all products of the farm! And the best olive oil I have ever tasted. You can literally drink it. Highly recommend this experience!

A nice afternoon - It was a lovely experience . with a roundtour at the farm. The guiding was interesting. And amazing to see All the fruit trees . The cooking 🍳 was a nice 😋 experience. With lovely people guiding us. It was a great time. And I recommend it .

Best part of our trip 🌟 - Nikos and his family were incredible hosts. If you are considering this excursion, do it! My family cooks regularly at home and we still enjoyed learning new recipes to bring back with us from Naxos, plus an education on local produce and growing seasons. The view from the farm alone is worth it. 🚨 Wear proper footwear as the farm is hilly and you will walk through grass/dirt.

Cooking in the hills! - Cooking class was great! The food we made together was so tasty and we learned much about the island as well! The view from the cooking spot was great. We made a handful of dishes and got the recipe to recreate them all at home!

Authentic Greek farm to table experience - If you’re looking for an authentic Greek experience, look no further! Nikos and his family were so hospitable. Nikos proudly showed us their lovely farm, then shared local village and family recipes. All cooking was done by Nikos father on wood burning oven. You won’t be disappointed.

Very genuine tour - Very personal tour of a family run farm. We went in mid October and were the only couple, but the host was fantastic and we got to see how Naxians really live. Would certainly recommend if you are looking to see an authentic farm, and the dinner at the end was delicious.
