To make it the most activity-filled 3/4 day without lunch break, we’ve extended the trip by an additional 6 miles. The package includes a seasoned river guide and all necessary sail gear: splash jackets, potable water, and PFD, personal floatation device. Bring along your personal water bottle, non-cotton attire, secured footwear, or you could reserve wetsuits and boots rentals. Positioned at the center of the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains, the Arkansas River, spreading across 145 miles, winds through a vacationist’s paradise. Right from its origin in the scenic Arkansas Valley adorned with towering 14,000-foot peaks, down to the base of the Royal Gorge, the Arkansas River offers abundant treasures.
