Nestled amidst the Colorado Rocky Mountains, the Arkansas River weaves through a traveler’s dream destination. Originating from the stunning Arkansas Valley characterized by towering 14,000 foot peaks and flowing down to the bottom of the Royal Gorge, the Arkansas offers a complete package. This trip encompasses 6 hours of pristine, turbulent waters coursing through the Granite Gorge, accompanied by a river guide and includes all necessary boating equipment: rainwear, drinking water, and personal floatation device. A meal is also served as part of this all-inclusive day-long adventure.

Excellent Guide! - Jose was a great guide! He has many years of experience and has been in many rivers around the world. We felt very safe in his care.
The lunch was cheaply done. The company needs to improve on the lunch. Sandwich options were peanuy butter and jelly or processed cheap meat (not sure what I had. I was starving.) No beverages, water from the faucet-bad tasting. And 1 small bag of fritos chips with a smaller 1 person size pringles. Would have been nice to have a variety of flavors and drink options.

Al and Dvorak Rafting will not steer you wrong!!! - We had a wonderful time on the river!! Our guide, Al, was amazing and made us feel comfortable and confident on our first experience on white water. We highly recommend the Dvorak team! Al and the whole staff will not steer you wrong!!

My trip with Dvorak Excursions is my favorite whitewater rafting trip to date! - Al and Cooper are phenomenal rafting guides. They were both skilled and knowledgeable. My partner and I were exceptionally pleased to have been paired with them on our Brown’s Canyon whitewater rafting day trip. As a Colorado resident, I can unreservedly recommend Dvorak Excursions for any river adventure!

Would love to go again - Two couples went together and with our guide Jose he gave all of us enough details on what to do. All first time rafters. Went great, was joking around and had fun the whole time. Beautiful country to see from a raft

Awesome commercial R4 Experience with Dvorak! - Dvorak is "old school" rafting with more experience on the Ark than anyone in the valley. My niece from PA had never rafted before, and my wife was not interested in rafting this trip. We were fortunate that my niece and I were the only 2 scheduled to raft Browns Canyon on an 8:30am 1/2 day trip. It was just us and 2 guides.

Fun times on the water! - We had a great day with Antonio. He was fun to chat with and handled the raft with ease. It was our first time rafting and browns canyon is I believe a class 3 or 4 so there were some gnarly sections but that made it so much more enjoyable. I’m glad they talked us into this trip instead of the easier one we originally booked. They also accommodated us being the only two booked for the 1 time slot which we really appreciated as we drove from Denver for the day. We will be back!!!

Fun family trip! - Loved every minute of this trip! Our guide (Grace) was knowledgeable and really fun to spend the day with. She made our family of 4 (kids 14 and 16) feel really comfortable the entire time and we had a blast going through the rapids. We would definitely go again!

Full day on the raft passed in a blink and was extraordinary! - Andreas was our guide and he was masterful. Kept everyone safe in the boat while ensuring a great and exciting ride. Very concise instructions, personable, and served every need. This is an excellent guide company. THE BEST - we do this around the country a lot and this outfit is getting it perfect.
